A truly spectacular stay in Astir of Paros. Absolute paradise! We will be back~ Our visit matched our expectations as the Astir of Paros was highly recommended to us. We had a million dollar view, every meal was superb. This was by far our most favorite place to stay in Greece. We spent 6 glorious days at the poolside and... More

Enjoyed a family holiday here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location, rooms and facilities. excellent pool and lovely to have such a shallow bay to swim in safely. Staff very professional and also friendly. Food of a very high standard, but we also enjoyed visiting the gorgeous local town at night often to eat. But this was no reflection on... More

We are from the US and have been repeat customers at this wonderful hotel for over 15 years. Why you might ask, when there are so many other places to visit around the world? Well, the answer is simple: hospitality, caring staff, fantastic food, clean comfortable rooms, gorgeous grounds, a lovely pool, a beach and more. Many of the guests... More

I rely heavily on TripAdvisor reviews when traveling, so I feel compelled to say that I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and it was a far cry from the other hotels we stayed at (mix of 4 and 5 star) and is most definitely not a 5-star hotel. I... More

Regarding this review I have to mention that we were not aware in time that they were honeymooners since their travel agency had not probably informed the intermediate local agency who made the final reservation. So, as we told them since the hotel was fully booked the only alternative we had was to move them to another room with double... More

This is an excellent hotel, incorporating everything one could wish for a tranquil Greek island holiday. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms is excellent, with the rooms being attended to twice a day with fresh towels provided each time. A fantastic swimming pool with wet bar next to it, as well as, a magnificent sandy private beach (all... More

The Astir is located 2km from Naoussa, on a beautiful wide creek where you can wade in knee-high, warm turquoise waters for hundreds of meters -- you could literally swim to the trendy beach of Kolymbithres right across the water. The private beach is small but very appreciated when you see how crowded the other public beaches are in summer!... More

Whilst billed as the only 5 star resort on the island, The Astir has great grounds, very friendly helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and clean yet a little dated and the aircon, whilst efficient was a little noisy. Bathroom had only a detachable shower over the bath, with a shower curtain... Not quiet what you expect for a 5... More

We visited the island of Paros for the third time in July and of course we chose to stay at Astir of Paros. Needless to say Astir remains the best hotel the island has to offer to the traveller. This year the Thai restaurant is excellent. We stayed at a comfortable room that easily accommodated the 4 of us, it... More

My trip here was a magical one. Coming from a very very busy schedule, in Johannesburg all I needed was to fully enjoy the regenerative effects of the island and the hotel, I can't express my gratitude enough to the staff and owners of the hotel. The quality I received was worth every penny, so if you are tight on... More

The grounds are beautiful and pristine. The location is ideal as it is in a quite area away from the main town of Naoussa. As soon as you arrive the pool bartender runs out to the reception area and greets you with some type of fruit smoothie. You are then led to your room by the "Drill Sergeant" (older female... More
