I stayed at Hotel Pinger on13th & 14th June for a weekend whilst visiting Koblenz. The staff were very welcoming and surprised to see me having been there only 2 weeks beforehand. As always the hotel was clean, the food was to the usual high standard with the expected choices and the staff were efficient. This is a good location... More

We have stayed at this hotel four times, always as part of a tour group. As a three star hotel it is very good. Although the owners can at times seem a little curt the staff generally are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and adequate. The breakfasts are typically European with extensive choices. The evening meals are fine... More

Very good Hotel, friendly staff, good food and excellent location (opposite railway station). Remagen is a very pleasant small town, with excellent connections to Bohn, Cologne and beyond. Good ferry services up and down the Rhine. A very good place for a holiday.

Stayed here for two nights to visit the local attractions. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Bathroom looked quite new, and was a wet room. Dinner was a buffet for €10 which we had one of the nights and was good. Breakfast was included and also a buffet with a good selection. Wifi was free, although quite slow. Parking is... More

stayed with Rail Discoveries on an all-inclusive tour. We were well looked after by the hotel staff although the owners are slightly dour. Dinners were good and breakfast choices, although good, did not vary on a daily basis and got boring by the end of the week. The town is situated on the Rhine and on balance, I think I... More

Remagen is a fairly small town and a lovely one at that. We were on tour and doing a visit to various places which were scenes of heavy fighting in WW2, and the bridge (or what’s left of it) at Remagen was on our hit-list. We chose the Pinger Hotel due to its reasonable cost and excellent location in the... More

We were on a Rail Discoveries 5 day holiday.Excellent base for touring around the Rhine.Clean functional rooms, good food and welcoming staff. Opposite the railway station so very convenient for travelling.Nice little town with walks along the river. Remagen museum tells the WW2 history of the bridge over Remagen which was a major turning point in ending the war

Last year we stayed here for four nights on a Rail Discoveries( then Treyn) holiday and this year we came back for seven nights on our own. The friendly staff, mostly the same as last year, remembered us. Our room was airy, well furnished, comfortable and clean, with a good bathroom. The breakfasts were very good: the scrambled eggs were... More

Our mini break at the end of May was our 6th stay at Pinger Hotel. We first came to Remagen over 17 years ago with our young sons, enjoying the excursions that the hotel offered then such as boat trips and wine tasting. We remember with fondness, 'Pingers Picnic Pack', a bag full of goodies waiting for you on the... More
