Situated on the end of Capbreton promenade, next to the sea, this hotel has a fantastic location. It was worth paying extra for a large, airy room with balcony facing the sea, with fantastic views. Comfortable super king sized bed and thick, fluffy towels. The kettle was an added bonus. The buffet breakfast was well stocked and being able to... More

Just back from this hotel, I stayed just a night. The hotel is easy to find and is in a fantastic location right on the beach. It seems a little old fashioned inside, although isn't anywhere near as bad as the building next to it, presumably also a hotel, which looks like a multi-storey carpark. Capbreton is a lovely little... More

Literally a hotel on the beach, this is a very well appointed hotel but you do have to pay more than it's worth for a room with a view or even more for a balcony. We loved the interior décor - not to everyone's taste but turn up with an open mind. Our room with a balcony was extremely spacious,... More

This is a funky type of hotel. I don't know who decorated the lobby area but they really need to change it, along with the zebra looking wallpaper on the second floor. The bedrooms are okay unless you are trying to have a romantic weekend. I was there with my travel friend so the rooms were okay, but if I... More

Awesome hotel right on the beach. Good space, good service. Nice wood patio outside the room. Clean and modern. Walking distance from the boardwalk. Good parking right outside and good breakfast. We could see the ocean from our room. The shower is really big, it's a separate room from the rest of the bathroom. NIce beds too. Restaurant and Surfboard... More

Stayed here for 5 nights on a recent business trip. The rooms were adequate. The breakfast was fine, especially the Spanish oranges available for juicing. Enjoyed the sauna and beach side location. Only heads up was that the wifi did not work reliably in the rooms

Really nice hotel, clean, modern and attractive rooms, with nice touches such as the quiet birdsong recordings in the corridors. Breakfast is lovely, with hot breakfast option, pastries, fresh juice or Tropicana, etc.

Spent a night in this hotel in June 2013. The hotel is in great location. Walking distance to the restaurants. We liked the seaview from our room. The room was functional but lack of charm. The furniture was like Ikea type. The breakfast was good though.

Comfortable big hotel. We have stayed here many times and always the rooms are of a high quality. The Bamboo Rooms are good value usually with side sea views and balcony. Nice breakfast terrace facing the sea on a sunny morning!

We stayed here in August 2012 for a week, and lucked out with fantastic weather for the whole stay - absolutely not something that can be taken for granted on this stretch of coast. We had a bamboo room (the cheapest type I think), but were still more than happy with the size, comfort and cleanliness. Small sea view helped,... More
