Went there cause the hotels in Bruges where rather pricy and it was just 7 km away. Unfortunately the costs of the taxi (approx. EUR 30 per way) equalised the costs again. Despite that the hotel is very nicely furnished and good alternative to the corporate chainhotels. The owners run a real family hotel which they do real well despite... More

We spent one night at the Hotel Butler and were pleased with our room and the service. Owners are very pleasant and have a good knowledge of the tourist sights in the area. Our room was in the front of the hotel and we did find the road noise made it hard to sleep. We would stay here again however... More

We went Thérè two Times. The first was good but the second Time the woman was not friendly and busy with her baby in the arms. She was angry because we didn't have breakfast. The room was very heat and we get a lot of insect bites. They dont have a little fridge in the rooms if we want to... More

Dear Sir, Madam, We are a family hotel and the hotel is run by a family with two children. Holding one of our children in our arms doesn't affect the service or the explanation that we give in our hotel. You can always ask to put chocolates or something else in our fridge and there are three bottles of water... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in May 2013. A very good location, situated between Brugge and the coastal resort of Blankenberge. Very nice owners, friendly and very helpful. Gave tips of best places to park our car when visiting attractions. Also suggested locations worth a visit that we had not thought of, such as a nice market town called... More

We stayed here for 2 nights when visiting the Bruges area of Belgium. The hotel is in a peaceful rural setting about midway between Bruges and the coast, so ideally situated for visiting both areas. It is also well located within a short drive of many really lovely little villages quite unspoilt by time or the tourist trade. In these... More

What a comfortable large bed. And warm. Hotel is easy to find. Every corner is filled with character, a lot of detail and very arty. Perfect if you have a car, not so far from the Centrum. Clean and more than basic provided, toiletries etc. WiFi also available.

Hotel Butler is a family run bed and breakfast that really feels like home. We (two adults and two teenagers) stayed there in the family suite for three nights. The hotel is located on a street that very much looks like a residential street, a few miles from Brugge. The family suite is on the topmost floor, with a nice... More

Discovered this by chance last night. Was travelling up the Belgian coast en route to Amsterdam and tried to find a hotel in Knockke to no avail but the owners in the last one I tried mentioned that their son had a small hotel near Blankenberge and got me the last room. The hotel is small but modern, the owners... More

Hotel is few min away from the coast and from Brugge so convenient if you're driving. We had a family room, a large clean and light, so kids were happy. The family running the hotel was very helpful and kind so we'll certainly be back
