We only stayed for 2 nights when on an MG rally in West Flanders. This b&b in the lovely old town of Veurne is run primarily by Caroline and her daughter Julie. We were greeted with a warm smile and invited to leave our 1938 car in the grounds (parking generally is outside the iron gates on a quiet road).... More

This old home/B&B hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the town square. It offers comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast, no surprise here as they also own a patisserie around the corner. The service was friendly and most helpful. Julie was quick to help us figure out how to get about and fill our day with all of... More

We reserved a room for 2 nights. We had a 2 year old daughter with us so we had asked a baby bed for her. We were charged 45 euros per night for the baby bed. Seemed very much, as this charge is normally something between 0-12 euros, maybe sometimes a bit more, but never so much. So after checking... More

We stayed for one night last saturday. It was really easy to find, and very imposing to arrive at. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really impressive building inside, and we were right at the top. The room was large, clean and warm, and if it had felt a little cosier it would have been perfect. Breakfast was a continental... We enjoyed our stay at ´t Kasteel & Koetshuys, but considering the price we paid (108€/1 night), we think we could expect more flexibility : we (on our way from Belgium to Spain, where we live) arrived at 14:30 and could only talk through the interphone...there was no way to leave stuff (we had our car - visibly - full... Stayed for one night on a motoring holiday to Luxembourg. Parking (free) is available directly outside the hotel. Rooms are clean, bright and charming. Service was excellent. Breakfast was in the garden because of the fine weather and was very good (Yoghurt, fruit, eggs, breads, preserves, cheeses, cooked meats , juice and tea or coffee). Probably the nicest place we... Big thank you to Kasteel for taking us in at no notice after De Klasse gave away our room. Immaculately furnished, enthusiastic and hospitable service and willing to accommodate a slightly later breakfast. This place was good value and very conveniently located. Sauna apparently also available on site.

We had a lovely one night stay in this beautiful hotel. Our room was delightully and ecletically furnished and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in for ages. There are no televisions in the room (although I think they are available on request) but this just added to the peaceful, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. A... More

Personally renovated by the owners (since 2002) this is a delight. A very short walk to the town square which is both stunning and full of charm and history. Excellent bars and restaurants minutes away. A peaceful and calming hotel packed with character. Easy to find and parking is no problem at all. Well worth considering. We enjoyed the stay... More

We spent a weekend here in January. It's a small castle which has been renovated with a lot of attention to detail. The house is featured in lots of books and magazines about charming b&b's and decoration. We had a large room on the first floor, beautifully decorated. Breakfast is served in the magnificent living room , with fresh fruit,... More
