Good location - Rooms clean & tidy. Decor very dated, disappointed that smoking was allowed in bar area made all ground floor no go area for us (even smelt it in our room). Walls were paper thin so up most of the night with the sounds of the trams and guest in room next door snoring more

Ideal location- easy to find with own off the road parking. Saturday am market De Panne- 5 minute walk and worth a look. 2 mins from beach- supa, Traditional fin de siecle hotel with lots of quirky bits. Rooms clean and adequate and beds are very comfortable.
