There was nothing particularly good or bad about this hotel --- it was just "adequate". The room was fine and had a TV, small couch, safe, shower (no tub; limited, unreplenished toiletries), and balcony. Breakfast was okay (good bacon, horrible eggs). The in-room WiFi worked fine. There is a swimming pool - apparently for an added fee - which we... More

Fantastic location and great swimming pool. But probably the worst value for money and service mentality ever encountered in any hotel in the world. 25 mins to check in. Taken to room with people already sleeping in it; no baby cot in room finally given despite having ordered it. Pressure in shower so low unable to shower after first thing... More

Having booked months ago we received an email a few days before arriving to say that there would be building works going on. As we were there over the weekend there was no construction noise but the hotel looked less than it's best. Arriving at 2.30pm we were advised that our room would not be ready until 5pm, and that... Stayed for a weekend in February 2014. We were suppose to be 2 families so we booked something advertised as a suite with two bedrooms. In the end we were only one family and that was for the best, as the second bedroom was actually an extension of the living room, without a door. The layout was impractical and the... More

Having spent days and days in this hotel as a child, on holiday in the Ardens, I have many fond memories in those rooms and hallways. As a child I didn't really notice bad or good things about a hotel, so I guess I'll just give a review in honour of my childhood. I know one good things about the... More

Jim's Tours 2013 took us to this hotel, set in the beautiful countryside of Belgium. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed there between 7th and 10th October, we stayed in 4 rooms which were excellent, very clean and all with a balcony. The rooms were cleaned every day. Upon arrival we were met by Caroline the receptionist, she... More

We stayed for a weekend with a large group of people. Therefore the restaurant is OK because you can have dinner all together. Food was basic but there was always something good to find. Rooms were basic and rather small to very small. It's convenient to park your car at walking distance from your room. Good for a short trip/vacation,... More

It is a big hotel. They don't serve kaviar at breakfast. The restaurant does not carry 3 stars. The rooms are not ovewhelming beautiful, en decorated with class furniture. It is all true. But: - we payed 570 euro for a midweek (4 nights) for 2 adults an 2 kids, on half board (breakfast and dinner). This is 142 euro... More

The room is very basic and overpriced for what it is. Since the place is in the middle of nowhere, you are stuck with their food which is terrible and sometimes simply inedible. Three days of this was more than enough, as I was there for an event, but I pity people who end up there for vacation. Promised services... More

We were there with a large classic car group. The location is very postcard pretty, but the building looks like something designed in Soviet Russia and built in the early 70's. Same inside - very dark bare brickwork and tired decoration in the bedrooms. The rooms all have energy saving lights that take forever to get bright, so don;t even... More
