Awful Hotel!

Tearing out bed linen, not properly set it up sheets, wall paper was coming off, a lot of mark on the wall, old carpet, full of calcium in water tup, old and hard bath towels, week water pressure, No elevator (and no help) after mentioning we have two little kids, very thin wall, try to charge extra bed which was already in the room (of course without mentioning at the beginning but tell me later it said in the back of the door?!)

I complained about room condition then this reception lady told me "It was not like this before you come. We don't want such a customer! Don't come back"

I never stayed such a bad conditioned and bad attitude hotel before, this hotel need a lot of repairing work and better management. If they can not provide those sooner, they should really close down. There are much nicer hotels around in the area.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.
