Underground car park but only for small cars, down a steep ramp and sharp bend at bottom, discouraged totry to enter by reception. Parking in the street and difficult to get a place initially. Not happy with that fact. Hotel tried to charge again even though already paid via Hotel.com and wanted much less than charged to me by Hotel.com!!!... More

Quaint hotel with large rooms and nice restaurant. It was Father's Day in Belgium, week before UK so hotel restaurant was busy and we arrived early evening. Secure underground car park, which was useful as we were on way to exhibition in Dusseldorf and were carrying items for booth. Even though restaurant was full found us a table outside within 30... This hotel is located on the outskirts of Leuven. It is right next to a beautiful park surroundinc some of the older buildings of the historic University. The hogel itself is in a charming, old building and my room - a suite - had rustick walls, high vaulted ceilings, and an antique chandeleer. Service was good, dinner in the restaurant... More

Forget wondering about where to put your suitcase or finding enough space for all your stuff in the bathroom. The rooms at the Lodge are enormous and the ensuite bathrooms are equally huge. The hotel is a charmingly and stylishly converted old famhouse with lots of exposed brick and timber beams combined with chic new fittings. The beds are really... More

We were looking for something not in the centre of town (Leuven) but not so far from either. Welcome at reception was very friendly and very helpful. The (large) suite we booked (reasonable priced!) was nice, clean, no noise. Fresh fruit, a 1/2 Bottle of wine and water in the room all that FOC is a good idea in particular... More

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautifully renovated old farmhouse with very spacious rooms and suits. Every room is very different from the others, but all are very attractive. Sleeping is excellent, there is very little noise. The bathrooms are truly luxurious and everything is ver clean. There are restaurants in the neighborhood, but... More

We were there for a private function. Service was almost entirely carried out by very young people (cheap apprentices?) and chaotic (had to change rooms in the middle of the event etc.). The staff in general was not helpful at all (starting with the first telephone contact). The breakfast was fine, but there was not enough bread, we were actually... More

Nice refurbished ancient building, warm environment and very nice room, even too big ! The personnel is kind and polite, my flight landed in Brussels very late but even after midnight the people in the lobby were very kind. Breakfast is standard not really a glory, just average. Definitely a place to stay !

I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. The upstairs room was a simple yet elegant country-style home away from home. Very comfortable bed and a large bathtub for relaxing. Breakfast was great and service was top notch. If I am ever again in the vicinity of Leuven, this is where I will stay!

We needed a family-friendly base for a 4-day visit. The Lodge is ideally placed for easy access to Leuven (take the #2 bus from directly outside, approx 15mins,fare is €2) has a decent restaurant as well as a separate brasserie across the road. As an alternative there is a Greek restaurant (Zorbas) over the road too. Rooms are good-sized, clean... More
