Good hotel, perfectly placed nxt to the river. You can do boat trips or bike trips in the countryside. Breakfast was good, lunch always carefully prepared. Sometimes we had to wait at the reception little bit longer. The street near hotel is very busy, not always safe to cross it.

Very nice atmosphere, great hospitality. The food at the brasserie was great. Only the rib eye Simmental was not really a rib eye nor I believe it was Simmental quality. Great starters and great desserts as usual!

There are no air cons in the room. I stayed for one night which was a horrible experience, there were no air conditioners in this four star property! I paid 90 Euros to sweat the whole night! Horrible horrible horrible.

We visited the Auberge with our teen-aged grandson, after an absence of some 20 years when we lived in Brussels and would often dine there. This was not the same place. We had lunch in The Green, the outdoor café; the lunch menu, at 18 euros, was quite nice and we enjoyed the food. (Vol au vent was the favorite.)... More

We stayed at the Pecheur for one night while attending a family barbeque in De Pinte. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even agreed to provide a hot meal after 9.00 in the evening. The food was excellent and the restaurant staff were only too pleased to provide recommendations/ translations from the menu. The room was rather small,... More

The hotel is situated near the Leie river. Allthough it is near the road, there is absolutely no noise. The reception was very correct. We had a room with a 16 m2 terrace with view on the garden and the Leie. The bar has a cosy atmosphere, waiters are very polite. We had dinner in the Orangerie, which was delicious,... More

Fantastic food, great wines, excellent service. This hotel has one of the better restaurants in the neighbourhood, even worth the travel from Gent. In the summer, lunch or dinner are served on the banks of the Dijle river which makes you feel like you're looking at a painting. The Chef brings a modern Cuisine with balanced tastes and the service... More

Friendly efficient service - nice atmosphere - good brasserie food with Belgian specialties. We had the soup of the day, which was lovely and croquette crevettes (a Belgian must - in all restaurants in Belgium they serve two, here only one?), fried soles and cod. Good wine list. A bit limited on wines outside of France.
