This hotel ticked all the boxes. Staff all very friendly and efficient. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The food was very good & plentiful. We had a fair amount of rain so the spa & pool facilities were a great plus. Though be aware the sauna area (for age 15 & over) has a 'textile free' policy i.e - nudity... More

A lovely hotel, well positioned for visiting the village, & Lake Achensee. It is light & airy, & kept spotlessly clean, with excellent waitress service in the restaurant which served a very good choice of food. I must mention their salad selection, whilst most hotels in Austria serve a good salad, The Pfandler really excels in their salad, compliments to... More

Chose this hotel as an alternative when a booking for another hotel in Pertisau via a travel agent Inntravel failed to materialise as they inflated the price from initial quote to final invoice.... Another story but will NoT be booking with Inntravel again. All that did was introduce us to the beautiful Lake Achensee area and we chose the fantastic... More

We stayed 2 weeks here (8th - 22nd September '12). We have been to Pertisau 4 or 5 times over the years and stayed in 2 other hotels. The Pflandler is very clean, light and airy. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and speak English. We are vegetarians but this was no problem to the chef and his... More

We stayed in Gasthof Pflandler for one night on a touring/driving holiday of the German/Austrian Alps. We booked directly with the hotel and we paid €64 for Bed and breakfast for the two of us. The bedroom was comfortable but a little spartan. There was a very small old fashioned TV with no English channels. There was a great wooden... More
