This is an excellent hotel, the rooms are large, clean and well heated. The staff are very courteous and the receptionist helpful. The decor and ambience in the main hotel and bar is very pleasing and the Spa is amazing. You can relax in the hot pool whilst looking out over the mountains. Parking can be a problem as it... More

We have been to this hotel about five times in as many years, both in summer and winter. We like the hotel, although of course it is not perfect. Here's our honest opinion: Rooms: in general these are good and comfortable, but there are also old rooms in the building overlooking the street. I would advise to be careful which... More

I stay in this hotel last week of March 2012, and this was closing of sky season. I enjoy staying in Elizabeth - perfect and helpful staff, very good and fresh meals ... good spa Rooms are not so big, but comfortable and pillows are very good. The only thing I don't like is internet - only in lobby area,... More

Well deserved 4*. The hotel has 3 parts, apparently with slightly different room levels .we stayed in the " suite" ( actually a very large room with sitting area) which was lovely in terms of comfort amenities and decoration, in the newest part.We took the customary half board which in fact is almost full board since they serve tea ,... This is a very good, well managed hotel with excellent rooms. the hotel is spread out in a number of connected buildings which some might find a little disappointing but the standard is very high. I stayed in August 2010 for three nights and thouroughly recommend it, even though it is a reasonable walk into the village itself. The outdoor... More

we booked this place as a last minute via an internet travel agency for a week in summer, at an incredible price of less then eur 100 a day for two adults and two boys in all inclusive light; beautifull hotel, amazing breakfast buffets and sometimes very posh and qualitative dining experiences; inside swimming pool is magnificent, but also the... Comfortoble hotel with everything you can expect of a 4*hotel. Several staff members (bar, breakfast staff) were very unfriendly and were sometimes even yelling to customers. Sent them to a decent training!

Everyone from taxi drivers to tour guides was impressed when we said we were at the Elisabeth. It's reputation is the best hotel in Kirchberg, and I reckon it probably is. The staff seemed proud of the hotel - good attention to detail. The hotel's spa facilities are advertised around the resort. It has great pool and spa facilities. The... More

The Hotel The hotel itself is really nice. It is kept clean and has good pool/sauna facilities. The ski locker area is also very useful. However I found the main downfall was the service of the staff. Our tour operator left us off at the hotel at 11 at night, at which time all the hotel doors were shut and... More

Lovely hotel just outside Kirchberg on the road to the Aschau and Pengelstein lift where the ski bus stops outside the hotel. During busy times it is sometimes worth catching the bus down the valley thro Kirchberg to the Fleckalmbahn lift as the bus is usually empty going this way. The ski area is that of Kitzbuhel, but quieter to... More
