The hotel staff is highly friendly and top-professional, always keen to help. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Food is very good and plentiful. The swimming pool is large. The only minor inconvenient could be that the hotel location is a bit far from the ski slopes, particularly if you did not come with your car. The second minor issue is... More

We stayed here over christmas/new year. the food was good and plentiful. the reception staff were very friendly. My favourite staff member was the lady behind the bar who kept us topped up with peanuts/snacks. She never stopped smiling. The swimming pool was large and empty during the day - perfect for me. the cleanliness of the floor around the... More

The hotel is run professionally. We had a spacious family room with good view, the staff at dinner was great, the swimming pool is really big for a hotel. The 'lows' are that there is no direct access to the ski slopes (only from), there is no real facility for very young kids, the staff at reception is impersonal and... More

This hotel grows on you. It is well located. Front of house is very good. The big burly manager who sits behind the reception is a mine of information and great at sorting out any issues when other cannot. He moved our table at dinner as we preferred a different part of the restaurant when the head of the restaurant... More

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! There were breathtaking views from nearly every room and you woke up every morning to the smell of a fireplace burning somewhere and a hint of gingerbread (not sure where it came from, but it was amazing). The place had such a homey feel, and we made friends we... More

Great hotel. The location is just staggering with amazing views over the valley, both in summer and winter. It has a great terrace which is perfect in the summer. The staff is very helpful and professional. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience authentic Austrian in a staggering location!

Very comfortable large rooms, nice flat screen tv's, that even receive 3 english language news-type channels, and radio. Large shower/bathtub and vanity area, with wall mount make-up mirror. Lots of closet space with loads of hangers. Beds were very comfortable, nice linens. Location is perfect, looks over town to one side, mountains the other side, big balconies (we were rooms... More

I stayed at the hotel for tha bike festival with my family. The room was nice, big and confortable. The bathroom, even if clean, was kind of smelly (no window or air vent). Very nice the SPA area, but you have to be naked in it, not everybody would feel confortable! Great the swimmingpool, even if the water was kind... More

We booked this Hotel for our touringski vacation. The Hotel is nicely located. What is a little strange is that from the city center you can see the Hotel that has a big sign on the room referring to the hotel and casino. We never found the casino. No casino, just the sign. The rooms are OK but need some... More

I visited there with my family and friend family in February 2013. The hotel is well located, the breakfast was A+ and the rooms were very clean and roomy. Staff was helpful and nice. What I did not like was that the WIFI was not free, you always had to log in and log out, buy new tickets in the... More
