This was our second stay in this hotel. Last time 4 great days, now 7 days, so so. We chose this one again for the cosiness and the non-ski-slope food. Both were a little disappointing. Staff was non attentive, not interested or I even felt sorry for asking anything. The food existed of strange combinations of ingredients. Not ok. Kids... More

To me Adler is a place stuck in between wanting to keep it's cosy familial atmosphere and pretending to be hotel quality style. In the end it was neither. Good points : - Location, ski bus right in front of the hotel - The waiters Negative Points : - Night and ski access was sometimes closed or impossible to open,... More

This is a wonderful hotel that I would return to in a heartbeat. From the moment you get there you are made to feel very welcome. It is a family run hotel which I think makes a difference to the level of service you receive. We stayed in a superior room which had a bath. It was spacious and immaculately... More

3rd trip with friends over Hahnenkamm race weekend. Still can't find fault with any aspect of this hotel, and we are looking forward to our next visit as soon as possible ! Our friends had not visited before & they feel exactly the same way. Fantastic place, lovely staff, perfect.

From the warm welcome upon arrival to our last evening meal, we loved our stay at this hotel. Stayed in a deluxe room with our own sauna, which we used every day. The bedroom was of a good size, with a lovely seating area and a balcony. Beds were comfortable. The only minus would be the two soap dispensers, one... More

Myself and three friends stayed at this hotel from 19th to 23rd March for a few days skiing. The hotel...clean, comfortable, good amenities and rooms adequate. The food...good choice for breakfast. Great food in the evening. Only negative against evening meal is having to choose what you would like at breakfast. Spa area very clean and handy after skiing all... More

A typical austrian Family hotel Just On the Edge of Kirchberg. We had the wellness room With own sauna. That was great. THE pool was Good for kids to play in, not so much for poolside lounging. Great breakfast and diner. Would return in a heartbeat!

We have just returned from our second stay at Alpenresidenz Adler, we stayed for 4 nights over half-term. This is a family run hotel and their attention to detail is superb. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the spa and pool facilities are excellent and the food is varied and delicious. Its location is also excellent, skibus stop is right outside... More

We visited this hotel at the end of January from Jan.25 to Feb.1 with 7-days ski package. Positive: Big clean rooms with daily service. Good breakfast. Good spa facilities. Skibus stop right near hotel doors, only within 2 minutes to Fleckalmbahn skilift. Friendly staff. Negative: Daily room cleaning was good, but stubs in an ashtray on the balcony stay all... More

Adler is a family run hotel and you can see this in details. For example, every morning you can find a small information brochure in English at your brakfast table, which is printed by Hotel. They know you by name since the check-in and keep your preferences in their mind. Location is another plus. Bus stop is in front of... More
