Although we were here as part of a hiking group, it was clear that many Europeans come here for the spa atmosphere and/or for a family event. THere's a kid's "camp" area with really cool things for kids to do, while the parents are taking advantage of the various pools & sauna's. There are Lipizzaner horses on site, so taking... More

A world-unique hotel concept. To swim some laps in the outside pool in the early morning, then have breakfast in the garden, both with a view on the Wilder Kaiser is truly a lifetime experience. The choice for spa & sports fans is endless. There are sometimes interesting guests staying at the hotel. Although I personally don't like too much... More

after over 50 stays in the hotel, I have finally found a way to describe it. Its like you think in a tub full of warm water, you can feel the relaxation immediately , the tranquilizing relief of an environment which wraps you like a blanket. a feel good oasis full with heartwarming friendliness, attention to the smallest detail routed... Fantastic Hotel for Tennis School, Gourmet Meals, Wellness. We plan to return, next time with our two teenage daughters. With a top tennis school, golf school and riding stables, combined with the pool and wellness on offer, there is something for everyone. Rooms are up to date and immaculate. Gourmet evening meals were fantastic!

This is my 4th review about the Stanglwirt, but I have been here probably about 16 times. Every year I am eager to see what has changed. I had a friend with me who was a first time guest. She asked for a tour as this is really a large property and the layout is rather complicated. As a hotel... More

For professional reasons (congress), I have been a regular guest in this hotel for the last 15 years. I saw the hotel growing, service and facilities improving, and I can say that this is the best mountain hotel that I know. Rooms are cozy, spacious, with all modern facilities and extremely comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are of excellent standard (michelin... More

Once of the most impressive hotels I have ever visited. The location is great and the view of the mountains is majestic. The facitilies are plentiful (pools, sauna, workout room, bar area, tennis courts, etc). The staff is about as friendly and helpful as possible. This is my second visit and I hope to return. Well recommended.

we have been six times for our winter holidays in this amazing hotel. For my family it s like paradise. The Stanglwirt experience is outstanding! The food is delicious and the kids farm is the perfect! And of course the spa , is the best I have ever been ! We are really looking forward to coming to our "home'... More

Rooms, facilities and food were all excellent. Just the service from the staff at the stable was really lacking. The woman who was in charge of taking us out on a horseride showed up 45 min late, was visibly frustrated with the number of riders that showed up and even complained about me to my face in front of all...
