Family with young children (7 years and 2 years old). Went there with family for a week to ski mid February. Hotel is not designed for young children: play area is not a real room but a place in a basement with some books and half broken toys. Staff is not friendly and the waiting time for ordering is quite... More

We stayed in the Stubaier Hof for a week's skiing in January, and it is just a few minutes walk from the stops for the buses to either Schlick 2000 (5 mins) or up to the Stubaier Glacier (45 mins). We had stayed in the hotel about 10 years previously and although the same family own the hotel, it has... More

This hotel is in a lovely small village. When we were there we got a very unusual 21 inches of snow over night. But was so beautiful, and just enjoyed relaxing and cehecking out the village. There are nice little gift shops to visit. There is a beautiful old church just up the road. The inside is just magnificent. There... More

Hotel was great, with great spa area, friendly service and good location. We enjoyed the place for hiking and being able to visit Innsbruck nearby. The hotel restaurant had great starters and desserts, but the main dish were disappointing. My wild meat was too cooked and the polenta with the fish was mediocre.

We stayed in family suite, 2 adults andare 3 children and had plenty of space. Beds were large and comfortable, main room was large enough to have the kids play without any problems. Bath was modern and well equipped. The only things I would add are a mini bar and a larger TV. Food was good, varied and plenty, both... More

It's a nice hotel, cosy. There are different rooms, we were 3 families and each one had a different room, 2 at the same price (but this thing is very common in Austria, it happened to us every ski holiday we had in Austria). Some rooms are renovated, some are typical austrian and maybe outdated, but nice. Our rooms was... More

Stubaierhof Hotel, Fulpmess. Spent 7days, Xmas hol, 22-29/12/12. The hotel has 4 stars rating, but the room we had was a plain 2 stars: small, no bath - only shower, no bidet, no fridge. Probably the overall rating was elevated by simply having sauna/jacuzzi/swimming pool, but when one looks for a hotel, room quality comes first. Unsympathetic reception staff: our... More

The food was excellent ; rooms clean and well appointed ; staff very friendly and helpful ; good location in lovely town and valley ; Stubai card very good value for money for buses, tram to Innsbruck, cable cars etc. Will return, which we don't normally do. We went with Thomson and knew there was no rep in resort but... More

We booked with Thomson and found out there was no local rep, this wasn't a problem for us but maybe for some anglophiles. The room wasn't ready we had a wait of about 2 hours, when we got to the room we had booked an upgrade, don't bother, the upgrade meant a separate toilet. The balcony looked out onto the... More
