We have just returned from this hotel and enjoyed the hotel but not the children. We went with our German friends and Jens had rung before going and told them that we were two couples with out children. He was told that was not a problem as the hotel was not busy big mistake, there where children running every were.... More

We've chosen this hotel because of the great reviews. However we didn't expect it to be this child-oriented. I wouldn't consider going here if you don't have kids unless you don't mind having your dinner accompanied by some screaming kids. I seriously felt like on an other planet, most of the parents didn't care the slightest bit about their kids... More

We have just returned from our third visit to the Family Resort in Werfenweng, last went five years ago, and have to say the hotel was as good as the last time. We were two adults and two teenage children. The skiing was great, snowed every day. Slopes are well cared for and maintained, ideal for beginers and intermediate skiing... More

We booked this hotel in the knowledge that it was a family hotel, but as we have never stayed all inclusive in Austria and it was agood price we gave it a try. We stayed in the annex which is about 50 meters away and whilst the communal staircase was a little worn, the rooms were clean, bright and probably... More

This was our second boarding holiday, last year going to Kitzbuhel. This year we travelled as a group of 9 (8 adults one 7 year old), with me and my wife being the only people to board or ski abroad, others only having lessons at an indoor Snow Centre. We booked via Thomson, on both occasions, this year with our... More

As the name suggests this is a family hotel and 80% of guests did seem to have pre-school children with them. That said, as long as you didn't mind the little ones running around, as an adult couple we liked the hotel and its surroundings very much. You'd have to be pretty unforgiving not to enjoy the excitement and delight... More

We booked our mini-break about 2 weeks before as we had an opportunity to go skiing which we hadn't done for 14 years! This is a small skiing resort but for a 4 day break was perfect for us. We were attracted to the offer via the TUI website and its all inclusive nature. We flew from Stansted Airport at... More

I was looking for a small resort, with a low effort hotel where myself, my 8 year old daughter and my brother in law and his 7 year old daughter to go for a short introductory style holiday to skiing. The resort is small with under 30km’s of piste but this is ideal for a beginner who will spend the... More
