Pros: - Nice thermal indoor pool. - Good location, just 3 min walk to the great Alpentherme. Ski bus and bus to train station stops just outside the hotel. - Decent rooms with mountain views and big balconies. Cons: - Beds and pillows horrible. - Heating in rooms not working well. - Sloppy (but friendly) staff. - Breakfast mediocre, horrible... More

Dear Biff-Maja, many thanks for your stay in our hotel and your review. Too bad that we could not totally convince with our breakfast offer. Please order at your next stay another coffee among our staff from service. The break fast is the most important meal in the morning for a good start into the day. We are happy that... More

The hotel is located at a very convenient location where you can easily reach the ski bus stop, city center and many other needs. The room was not ready when we arrived at 14:30 but we had a quick check in process and a helpful staff to assist us. Free WiFi increases the satisfaction. Our room was at the apart... More

Stayed here over Christmas 2014 whilst on a tour, we had come from Vienna where we had stayed in a disappointing hotel. Needless to say I was a little worried before we arrived but wow we could not have been more happy. The hotel is of an older style with naked wood finish but it was cosy, clean and the... More

Had a very pleasant stay here. Very suitable for skiing, just a short 10 minute walk to a ski shop to rent ski's, and from there just over the road to the cable car. Plenty of restaurants around the village for eating out.

Ideal place for relaxing without the pressure of hotel imposed meal times. We - early birds getting out of bed quite early and anyway a bit picky about food - enjoyed the appartment life, especially with some nice restaurants around. Close to shuttle skibus and town center. Friendly staff, private parking available.

A great place to stay for a ski trip. Easy access to the "Schlossalmbahn" and to Angertal by skibus. Many restaurants nearby with mostly local and Italien kitchen. Basement has a ski storage room for dry and warm boots the next day. The slopes offer nice challenges for slightly advanced and advanced boarders and skiers.

The hotel is comfortable and located right next to the ski stop and it is in the city center, which was convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good pool with thermal water, a bit strange sauna - since it is for both - men and women, it is a bit complicated to take a shower before or after the... More

We were part of a Christmas tour and this hotel and village would have to be a highlight. Stunning food - the chef wouldn't be out of place in any top restaurant anywhere in the world! We had Degustation meals every night! The spa facilities in the hotel are FANTASTIC! The staff are delightful and helpful. We stayed in the... More

This hotel is one of Austria's best kept secrets. The hospitality is fantastic, views are perfect and our room (401) was like a suite. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the restaurant staff were amazing - our meals were Michelin star quality. Location is perfect for a White Christmas break. And the hotel manager was on board to... More
