A 4 stars hotel, nice location. It is definitively a summer hotel (with his pool and suroundings), the relax room is too small, it has no ski bus. You have to go on your own car at Gerlitzen for ski. But those are all the weak points. The rooms are large and if you need an appartment, you'll be surprised... More

Dear guest, thank you so much that you spent al lot of time to write review at tripadvisor. We are very pleased and we try to get a shuttle to the Gerlitzen Alpe next year. We really know, that these are the bullet points, also the small relax aerea, we plan an investment the next to years. It would be... More

We spent here 3 days during year-end/New Year Eve with our dog. Our room ("Themen-Zimmer Love Story) was nice and spacious, with a big bedroom, a living room with armchairs and a sofa and a huge bathroom with a shower and an extremely big bathtub for 2. Also small candles were placed into the bathrooms for a romantique hour which... More

Not easy to find if you miss the small sign with all teh various hotl names on the main road. However, a glass of champagne on arrival set the tone for a nice stay. Lovely owener and staff. Great room - very comfortable. Well fed with good selction of food at breakfast and a small gift on departure. We stayed... More

Thank you so much for all your kindness. We know, sometimes it's very difficult to find our hotel. A lot of years I tryed to get more street panels, but it is a hard way to get one more. It depends on the goverment. Sorry about it! I will try it again. And thank you once more. More

This is a perfect hotel for a base in Karnten, the lake district of Southern Austria. Easy access from Stansted to Klagenfurt with Ryan air, car hire at Klagenfurt airport, the hotel is approximately 25 minutes from the airport. A car is essential. This is a family run hotel, quite rustic, very relaxed and easy going. The owner and the... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in August 2011. This hotel is a gorgeous traditional austrian guesthouse. If you're visiting the local area and want to stay in a guest house that isn't a standard room in a faceless building then this is the place for you. Our room was on the first floor and had a little... More

Although the Ossiacher See is not as full of interesting things/places as it's neighbour, the Wirter See...this Hotel was such a fantastic surprise, we'd come back in a heartbeat. The service was absolutely first rate, everyday there was a proper Germanic breakfast buffet (complete w/local homemade jams, butter, etc.), dinner was a 15 Euros per person 3 course deal where all...
