I stayed with my family in this hotel for the third time and it will for sure not be the last. Service is perfect, the ski lifts are close and this year we could even leave our skies and boots in the Intersport shop at the ski lift (for free). The wellness area is also great and the staff members... More

Especially good with children, everything is possible, kids have a great time. And so have the parents. Still the hotel is quiet and restful, with good ski facilities and interesting surroundings (kaffee trinken und shopping)

We (2 adults 2 girls of 12 and 9) have just come back from our 3rd trip here. It really is our favourite hotel. The food is fantastic, there is a really varied choice and themed buffets several nights a week. The indoor and outdoor pools are great (and this time it was warm enough to enjoy the outside pool)... This has to be our favourite hotel anywhere! As we first walk into reception, it feels like we are coming home. Great welcome, spacious and clean rooms with great views, fantastic food and spa is so welcome after a days skiing. For the first time I must say that my stay somewhere made one person and it was waiter Marko - my son although his english is very poor truly like him. He always laughed and always have seen if sb needs sth (even if he didn't serve this table). We used Family spa every day and I really appreciate that... More

On arrival there was no introduction or information and no facilities explained. The staff were unfriendly, sharp and slightly aggressive. We felt unliked. The service was poor, self service tea at breakfast with no cups supplied, coffee order was difficult, table water not free flowing and they wouldn't accept that the still bottled water was fizzy. There was no temperature... More

Dear Lucky Girl from Australia, We are very sorry, that you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. Unfriendly welcome? I personally welcomed you the first night, showed you the table in the restaurant…. I didn’t have the impression that you, your mom and your sister had a bad time. Am I unfriendly? We show all our guests the rooms and... More

We (2a + 2k) spent 4 nights in a family room. The hotel is an old stylish hotel and it is very close to the station (Kaiserburgbahn). There is not much to see in the town. The room faced the hills with a large balcony - very nice. The room and specially the bathroom and the toilet (which was located... More

Excellent hotel with a lot of facilities: heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, great spa, very well maintained tennis courts (gravel) with very sympathetic instructors (thank you, Herwig). The Kinderwelt with Tjasa and Marietta is super! Fine food and absolute cleanliness.
