The resort garden and beach bar are modern and nice, but if you book a standard garden view room you get shown to an old dirty building in the back. There was construction noise almost constantly, as well as loud music, the sink and toilet didn't work well, and the cleaning wasn't thorough. But the worst is the staff at... More

Currently staying here and to be honest can't wait to get away! Lovely beach and from the outset the hotel looks great! But sadly it's missing a hell of a lot and is very very over priced! Hasn't got the friendly Thai staff as other places I have stayed! The room is very big but when it's comes to putting... More

The hotel is nice but that's all. I didn't feel like in Thailand. There is no smile, no sawasdee nothing. And everywhere noisy. At the beach music from two different bars. In bungalows construction noise. And in the building the staff is talking too loud early in the morning. So no relaxing when staying here. Breakfast was good. Restaurant has... More

Very disappointing. The website fails to mention that extremely loud music until 2 - 3 am EVERY night plays at the beach club, which is part of the hotel. My family booked the beach bungalows closest to the sand. They literally vibrate until 2-3 am in the morning with the loud music. Management is totally unresponsive with lots of excuses.... More

For those of you who don't want to read the whole review, in summary: save your money and book somewhere else if you are thinking of staying on this lovely island. The photos shown here are no accurate representation of what you will actually get upon arrival. The beach is the only upside in this resort. We stayed here for... More

This is a long and detailed review, so let me summarize up things for you, in case you don’t want to read the whole thing: you will get a terrible service and facilities from an ho(s)tel that uses location to overcharge guests. Don't get fooled, Sai Kaew beach is a very crowded location, where the constant noise from speedboats and... More

As we came from the poorly equipped Samed Ville resort, we wanted to give oursleves one of a lifetime experience by taking the Ocean suites at 8000 baht per night. Well the service is far from first class and they should stay with the 3000 baht class of bungalow you rent to Russian families! Fullstop!

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. We had booked 2 x Superior room. We got keys of "standard room" and it was anything like we had seen from photos about Superior room when we did the booking. For example, the room was crowded by moskitos, very bad smell, very old furnitures,, with no any view etc. We complained and... More

This hotel is right on the beach and offers a good standard of mixed accommodation. We had 2 rooms with 3 people in each room. It was a little tight and one had to sleep on a makeshift bed on the floor. As dad I had the short straw so was in recovery for the first hour after waking up... More
