Their huts look decent from the outside, nothing too spectacular on the inside. I felt this is definitely overpriced for what it is. Service? forget about it. you definitely will find other better hotels out there.

I had 3 nights in Ko Samet and had to stay here one night as my previous place,Samed Villa, was fully booked for that third night. What a disappointment this place was. Room was not very clean, stains on the sheets, breakfast was terrible, and service was non-existent. There are lots of choices on Samet, skip this place.

This is my second time visiting Koh Samet; it isn't the best hotel but it is clean and tries to be stylish (though somewhat dated now). The breakfasts are ok, but you need to make sure you get it when it first comes out, as it is outdoors and just sits there uncovered. The service is not good at all,... More

We visited with big group of family and friends aged between 10 and 60. Fab location, good beach, decent food & bars with low key entertainment with plenty more of the same within walking/scooter distance. Never been to Thailand before so can't compare to other places but this was a very relaxed and easy place. Being at the older end... More

Not a Thai resort expert, but this seemed mid range beforehand, and it was. Appartments were just the job with cool temps and large walk in shower. 15 metres from beach. Nice beach set up with bars and restaurants and dance area. Nicely lit and plenty of shade during day. Service mixed and oddly distant. Almost like they had better... More

This was the worst staff I have ever experienced. They all were careless, unhappy and rude without any exception. The hotel is located at Ao Pai beach which is 15 mins by walking to Sai Kaew Beach. The road is dusty, so walking is not comfortable to Sai Kaew. Rooms are spacious enough, but not clean. Breakfast is very poor.... More

Never again- With the blinds down in the middle of the day, my partner and I were enjoying ourselves on holiday on the bed.. After some time I looked up and two staff were invading our privacy- two young Thai housekeeping girls were looking through the blinds smiling and watching! We ran to the bathroom and were in shock.. The... More
