We stayed for three nights to chill out after a busy tour. A well-worn ferry chugs over from the mainland, then a bumpy ride in a pick-up from pier to resort makes you wonder if it's really going to be 4-star. Don't worry. The location is great, with a private section of a long white sand beach and inviting warm... More

The hotel room was enormous, with its own private balcony. Our room looked out over the pool and further onto the beach. We visited in low season, so I don't know if the pool noise would be an issue at other times of year, but it was really quiet when we were there. Air con was really efficient and cooled... More

Koh Samet is relatively unspoiled, the only sign of western influence is a small 7 Eleven. The resort is set in one of the best location: it's at one extreme of the biggest and whitest beach. the main beach is a bit crowded, but the hotel has a private small beach were peace and quiet are guaranteed. we were staying... Paras ohjeeni on: Kävele auringonlaskiessa resortin hiekkarantaa pitkin paljain jaloin, oikealla vastaan tulee upea tuliesitys ja maittavia ruokapaikkoja todella edulliseen hintaan rannalta. Mene sellaiseen, jossa on matot... More

Booked 2 cottages for 2 nights over Christmas, suddenly when the sum was deducted from the credit card additional 130 US D per person was added for Christmas Gala Dinner, When checking with the hotell they said that it was compulsery for all bookings over christmas, than why dont say that in the booking and price information, typically thai way... It may be a little more expensive but you get what you pay for in Thailand. Saikaew is on the beach (there is a track that you cross not a busy road so don't be put off by it). The staff are very friendly. All areas are clean. Food was good, although a little pricey. We had a problem with... More

Based on the excellent reviews this resort got, we booked and stayed here for three nights. We were charged about 6000 THB and for that price we had expected a fantastic bungalow (the booking site just said superior, btw can someone explain to me how it comes that “Superior” always means the worst the place has to offer?) but got... This Resort is so beautiful and pretty nice for your holiday with your family, friends or lover! The hole island is very charming. Great location, great swimming pools, great beach and great staffs. Beautfiul little island. Pure white sand. This resort has a hidden treasure of a beach near the cabins that should not be missed if you can do without the vendors, music and hype of the main beach. The infinity pool was lovely as well was the pool with the bar. We loved the private cove and the birds that come... More
