A visit to this Gulf of Thailand island white sand beach resort is well worth the trip! You will need to travel by van or car from Bangkok about 200kms Southeast (approximately2.5 hours ?) to Ban Pe, Rayong Province, a seaside fishing village where you board either the ferry (30 minutes) or a private, small speed boat (10-15 minutes) to... Easy weekend trip from Bangkok for our family (4 people). It's slightly confusing when you get to Ban Phe (pier). We ended up buying tickets on a speedboat (250THB per person) as it was too late for the ferry. I loved it but it was choppy and we got a little wet. What a laugh when we got to the... More

What can i say, what a beautiful resort!! My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights on this island, and i am disgusted with myself that i did not book for a longer stay. Prior to our holiday, we were looking up accomodation on Koh Samed, and this seemed to be the best place in regards to location. I wasn't expecting... More

We must have chosen a good time to come judging by previous reviews as I found this resort to be quieter than expected. Facilities were excellent and very clean. Had no problems with the service. Breakfast had plenty of choice and plentiful. Very pleasant staff always ready with a smile. Own private beach that was swept the mornings we stayed.... More

We had been here 2 years ago. This is my 3rd time staying in Saikeawbeach. The hotel is clean and the room is not too small as other hotels. There are many small hotels with sea view but no pool. As we have kids, we kinda have no choice. Beach in front of hotel is better than other beaches but... More

We paid 170usd for a bungalow for 3. I believe you'd expect quality at this price 1. Poor service: -we had to chase 3 times before getting our 3rd sets of pillow/towel. No one just seems to care! -you see no staff around swimming pools & beach. -we order bbq at the dinner. A second waiter came to tell us... More

I stayed at this hotel back at February this year. I think it was because holidays season the hotel was particular busy. The bedrooms were clean enough but I think it could have been a better job. Lots of kids, I mean from morning to late afternoon just full of kids screaming and all the rooms were facing the pool... More

Don't be deceived by the name, this resort is not on the beach!. it took us 10 minutes to get on the beach from Deluxe Room we rented. I do not know who gave it 5 star rating on Agoda, it's 2 stars at most. Please do not fooled by pictures, look at the map of resort when you book... More

Spent 10 days in December 2013 with my family and friends. Allowing for some translation (Many Thais don't speak English. Accept this and find someone who does), we had a fantastic stay. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Food was excellent. New years festivities were spectacular and the resort staff went "above and beyond" to ensure that the beach... More
