Stayed here with a friend for a beach getaway. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with Vietnamese lanterns for light fittings. We found it a little strange that the wardrobe was in the bathroom. There was a sliding partition in the wardrobe which opened as a window/cubby hole into the bedroom - odd. There was a hair drier and... More

Disappointing awareness and responsiveness of the staff at breakfast. While most of the breakfast selection is appealing and considering to be healthy, it was offset by eg selecting only fat mayonnaise sauce for the salad, sugar soaked pine apple (how many lovely fresh fruits available in Thailand all seasons?), but most disappointment was the staff service levels. Rather serving themselves... More

Great location, nicely designed and built. However, poor poor managent and inprofessional staff. Breakfast that was supposed to end at 10.30am, they started to clean up everthing at 10.10am.. this happened 3 days in a row!!..Front desk and reception looked very moody and even arrogant.. I think it could have been much better for the rate we paid.

The most valuable thing to a family on holiday is time. When your resort wastes your time checking in, servicing your room and providing services the amenities of the resort lose their value. This facility is very nice but the management has no concept on how to run a resort hotel. The staff is friendly but they spend most of... More

For us this hotel worked great as were traveling with 2 adults, 2 toddlers and a six year old. It was important to have a room that could accommodate us all and one of their family rooms with two very large beds and separate chairs did just that. What I particularly liked is that the swimming pool was right next... More

We spent 9 nights here, and I don't have any complaints. We arrived with private speedboat from Banphe pier (2300 bahts) to the beach. The prizes appeared to be quite fixed ranging from 1700-3000 bahts for private boats. A boy from Samed Villa resort helped us with the luggage, and soon personnel from Samed Pavilion arrived and moved our luggage... More

We had a very good experience with this hotel If you're going to stay here- do point out anything in the amenities that you feel is damaged as to avoid charges later. The hotel was very clean and well maintained but the drying rack wouldn't support weight and was close to falling. The hotel fixed it right away. There wasn't... More

While rooms are nice and clean, the service is very bad. Any food order tales extremely long time. They booked a trip around the island for us, not mentioning that the fish farm was closed. We booked another book through them to catch our flight in Bangkok. A "misunderstanding" made us nearly miss our flight. Seems the staff doesnt really... More
