We spent 9 nights here, and I don't have any complaints. We arrived with private speedboat from Banphe pier (2300 bahts) to the beach. The prizes appeared to be quite fixed ranging from 1700-3000 bahts for private boats. A boy from Samed Villa resort helped us with the luggage, and soon personnel from Samed Pavilion arrived and moved our luggage... More

We had a very good experience with this hotel If you're going to stay here- do point out anything in the amenities that you feel is damaged as to avoid charges later. The hotel was very clean and well maintained but the drying rack wouldn't support weight and was close to falling. The hotel fixed it right away. There wasn't... More

Went to Koh Samet for a trip and ended up staying in this hotel it was beautiful we booked through booking.com and paid 3500bht with breakfast if you walked in it would be 5000bht which I would not have paid. It is in a beautiful spot on the beach plenty restaurants and bars round about the only downside was that... More

The family room was ideal for us with our 2 children.really enjoyed our 4 nights stay.lots of places around to eat.ideal for people who want to party late with the night club just next door.doesnt have beach facing rooms but beach beds are readily available just outside the hotel. Massage beds available too.they were a little stingy with the drinking... More

While rooms are nice and clean, the service is very bad. Any food order tales extremely long time. They booked a trip around the island for us, not mentioning that the fish farm was closed. We booked another book through them to catch our flight in Bangkok. A "misunderstanding" made us nearly miss our flight. Seems the staff doesnt really... More

Stayed here for two nights in November 2013. Firstly, as I travelled with my brother, I asked for a twin room. The hotel has no twin rooms so I had to book a triple room. This contained a double and a single bed. Why the hotel has no twin rooms is beyond me. I had the double bed and immediately... More

I stayed at the Samed Pavillion with three friends on a weekend excursion from Bangkok. Our first impression when we walked in was great - lovely setting and good upkeep on the outside. But our experience quickly deteriorated once we started to look a little closer. First, the reception was under renovations, and it's basically located in the restaurant, so... More

We had a spacious triple room though we booked a double only. The resort is well landscaped and beautiful. Unfortunately it doesn't have a beachfront though there is a wide walkway that leads to the beach. Real disappointment is the breakfast.

We spent 11 days at the resort. The staff are very serviceminded og friendly. The Beach only 50 meters away and very lovely. Nice pool, perfect for children. Nice clean rooms every day. We would love to come back some day. Nice food at the hotel, good breakfast!

We stayed for 4 nights. Room and bathroom were large and well appointed. Breakfast was above average compared to the typical Samet resort, but apart from breakfast other meals were largely not available at the hotel. However we did not find this a problem as there was an excellent restaurant, especially for Thai food, 2 minutes walk away, at Samet... More
