I had a reservation to stay at the Khao Yai Garden Lodge with a large group in January. The reservation had been made months earlier and a deposit was paid. Just a week or so before we were to show up, they contacted us saying that they lost our reservation and booked someone else instead. Thus, they canceled our reservation... More

I stayed here for two nights. The place was relaxing. The staff was friendly and can speak and understand english. The food in the restaurant was great but a little pricey as what I expected. The service was fast and the waitresses were very attentive. I had the backpacker's fan room for 350 baht. They provide water, toiletries and towels.... More

While we were staying in Pak Chong town in a nice hotel but not so much western needs , we booked a trip wich seems to be arranged by this hotel. First i wanne say Khao Yai is worth visiting and easy to do by train from Ayuthaya. For our 10th visit to Thailand we were sceptical about staying out... More

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The private room I stayed in with two others was spacious and exceptionally clean. And they cleaned the room each day. The bathroom was a wet room which I dislike but was cleaned frequently and good pressure/temperature. I didn't try the swimming pool but we ate in the restaurant which was great. We... More

Excellent service from attentive staff. We booked on a day trek tour of the park which was a great way to spend a full day. Our tour guide, Noy, was excellent. She was absolutely hilarious and really made the group have a fun time. At the hotel itself, we enjoyed a clean and well kept room. Very quiet and set... More

I stayed for two nights in December...the room was good, the food was very good, and the people that work there were simply awesome. I had a nasty motorbike accident in the nearby town of Pak Chong and when I rode the back to the lodge the workers literally took care of me like I was a family member. They... More

Great location, food good, friendly staff. Rooms clean and spacious, pool nice. Overall this is a good hotel and recommended for a visit to the national park. Breakfast was very standard but fine, rooms very a little dark but fine.

This was a nice place to stay. Friendly staff and nice restaurant with nice food. We were staying with kids and were not the only ones. You can book you're trips from the hotel and will be picked up and brought back but I guess that goes for most of the hotels. That for me was one of the downsides,... More

The first thing you realize and appreciate is the friendly staff, attentive, flexible and always helpful. The room at the back end of the resort is quiet and spacious and clean. The food was a disappointment. All of it was too sweat and all tasted like deserts rather than a regular dinner meal. Think if they change this it will... More

Hotel staff are all so friendly. They will always greet you with a smile. The place is great, rooms away from the main road are a bit better, it's quiet and calm. Rooms are big and clean. And it's cheap, too. :) Oh, and the pool is one great thing, too!
