The rooms and bathrooms are modern. AC, 24 hour hot water, flat screen TV just add to the niceness of the room. However, the service is very poor and as a result the rooms are very unhygenic!! It was a nice stay at landmark hotel ratnagiri. The hotel is best in the ratnagiri city centre.. various class of rooms available which are nice as per tariff.. but i would recommend the executive rooms which are no less than a 3 star just at rs 3000/ plus...staff is very nice humble at your service anytime... rgds mangesh jadhav... Three young out-of-tonwers tayed for two nights. Did not change used towels, did not make beds, tub was cracked (but repaired). Front-desk kept bothering at night time for details that were promised for the following morning. Did not use any any hotel service. Did not use the meal service (though included) as we were visiting nearby relatives. Charged over Rs.10,000!
