Couldn't be happier to have selected this lovely bed and breakfast. The views were stunning. Gardens immaculate. Furnishings were so delightful, and romantic. Thank you for a wonderful night away. Fiona and Dudley thank you.

Waters Edge is a no-brainer. If you want somewhere quiet, secluded, with a view you could look at over and over, at a good price, Dalblair is perfect. Bed is comfortable Bedding immaculate Amenities clean and in working order Fiona is an excellent, unobtrusive host.

Our 2 night stay here was absolutely beautiful, we only wished we could've stayed longer..! The breathtaking scenery, homely atmosphere, and caring hospitality were second to none. If you're looking to get away from it all, and want a relaxing time, well Dalblair is just perfect. Fiona will bring you a scrumptious breaky too... :-). Kylie & Shane x

Dear Shane and Kylie, it was a pleasure to meet you both. Kylie I have been investing in making my own 'green juice' and feel all the better for it! I have also looked into the beautiful fleur de lis jewellry - and found a few I know I would like.... All the very best and hopefully we shall meet... More

Absolutely lovely stay. Fiona was a wonderful hostess. The room was incredibly comfortable and romantic. Perfect getaway for my partner and I. Everything from the room, spa bath, beautiful gardens, breakfast and pool was fantastic. My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer, highly recommend.

My husband and I found this beautiful place on the Internet. It is not far from Rochford Winery. The Garden Cottoge is warm and cosy, and the airconditioning worked very well on a 40 degree day. The bed was very comfy. Woke up to birds chirping and have a lovely breakfast of croissants, jam and berries. Would have loved a... More

Possibly one of the most peaceful and beautiful places to stay in Victoria. Amazing gardens and animals to see and feed. Fiona, the owner and proprietor, is a welcoming change to a lot of places. Warm and inviting, her knowledge of the area is invaluable and is more than happy to help you decide on, organise and book one of... More

My daughter and I had a wonderful time, and fell in love with the place the minute we walked inside our apartment. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need, lovely decor, but it was the views over the pool, gardens and the valley that made it so special. We visited surrounding wineries and towns, but our main aim... More

I stayed at Dalblair with my boyfriend for 2 nights. It was absolutely perfect. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable and the location was great! Fiona was a big help and was always willing to give us great advice on the best places to go. The gardens are lovely. This was just what we... More
