This was our second visit to Taino Cove and it was even better. All the things we loved the first time remained. The location can't be beat. You are literally steps from the sandy beach. You can walk about 12 minutes to Calabash Bay and about 20 minutes to Great Bay (bring water shoes) Both spots have a place or two for a cold drink. The hotel overlooks the water. We could see the sun rise from our balcony and walked two minutes down the beach for sunset. It was very peaceful and relaxing. You can really get away from it all! The pool, which was cleaned daily, had a beautiful view of the water. There was an honor bar stocked with cold beer and soft drinks, and plenty of places to sit and relax. I love the two hammocks. We often were the only ones there. Breakfast…

Taino Cove is a quiet home away from home while visiting Treasure Beach. The staff are very kind and welcoming, the food is delicious, and the accommodations are bright and clean. My experience at Taino Cove has always been pleasant and the intentional design of the property is evident and enjoyable. The remote location & crashing waves allows for the best sleep I've ever experienced.

My grandma is the owner of this resort it is amazing and please go. My family likes to go every Christmas but our little section of the family could not. From what I remember the last time I went the pool is great although I bumped head on the edge. My mom and I shared a room and from our room there was a small circular balcony and I could see the bar. It is very safe at night for your children if they wander around (like me).It has a very nice beach but some times crocodiles come out at night. I hope you go and see my grandma and ask her about it. I'll make sure to call her so if you ask her she'll say that is my granddaughter. And i didn't travel march 2018. Also I know her personaly but i wasnt paid(duh) THIS IS GENUINE

This review is for Rasta Wellness Centre which is located at Taino Cove. I stayed next door to the property and can attest to the beauty of the beach and property but I want to RAVE about Empress Thandi at the Wellness Centre. I had a Reiki appointment as well as a colonic with Empress and both were outstanding! Empress can read you and your energy and she seemed to tell me exactly what I needed to hear. I don't take advice from many people - but she is now one of my top spiritual advisors! lol. I did not have the massage here but witnessed and heard rave reviews about them as well! Also, the stuff she has for sale - like the wine, tiny sage sticks, and the tea were great as well! She is the real deal! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Taino Cove in early June and had a wonderful experience. I originally heard of Treasure Beach in relation to another hotel there. After doing some research I decided that Taino Cove was more for us because of its location, reviews, and the type of room and experience in relation to the cost. I was so glad we chose this gem! It was like having our own private villa with a friendly and kind staff. The pictures on Trip Advisor are very true to the hotel. The hotel is steps from the beautiful, unspoiled beach. With some good water shoes you can walk very far in both directions barely running in to other people. I started a few morning doing yoga on the beach and did not see another person. The pool is clean and refreshing overlooking the ocean. During the…

Taino Cove is a boutique hotel designed by the owner, Winnie Hylton, a native of Jamaica who spent more than half her life in professional positions in the US. Thus, the hotel incorporates features that are definitely Jamaican—along with an American’s perspective of desired amenities and service. All rooms and suites are clean and spacious and appear to have balconies or patios and ocean views. There is a lovely outdoor area which comprises a bar, numerous tables, and a large swimming pool. Both meals and drinks can be enjoyed there. Breakfast can also be delivered to your room. And, beach access is quite easy. Our favorite alcoholic beverage was dark rum and ginger beer, though there is a selection to please anyone’s taste.

I just spent a great week at Taino Cove, first as a solo traveler and then as one of 15+ wellness retreat participants. I was so pleased with the service and the accommodations: from the comfy beds and pillows in both rooms where I stayed to the colorful decor and accents, as well as the outside seating arrangements in sun and in shade, all made for a satisfying visit. The first night I was in the Kincaid room with a large balcony, comfortable seating, beautiful roomy tile shower and a bed where I could nap after an early morning swim. When the other retreat participants arrived, I moved to the "cottage" apartment on the parking lot which seemed like it would be disappointing yet the outdoor shower made it special and I was able to share with a roommate whom I never met…
