We took a day trip up there with a friend from Cabarete, was a steep hill in places. But the view from there was well worth it,we watched the sunset from up there, had a bite to eat, little expensive but good. But for a view of the sunset, Santiago and the country well worth the trip, few old cars inside.

This place is great. I only recommend it however if you are planning on working or studying. It is a great place for peace, quiet and tranquility. I was not really prepared so I only stay 1. The view there is magnificent> it would be good if they had a pool or some kind of entertainment for children. There is... More

The hotel is a bit hard to find.. however if you come from the center it is the third gasstation on your right (Texaco) just pass by the gas station and the next road has signs. The location is wonderful. Very nice view day and night. The grounds are nice. You will see two old time cars in the restaurant.... More

Stayed here while on a church mission trip to work in the inner city of Santiago. The hotel rooms were the largest I have ever seen! And they were vey up to date with plenty of tile and clean bathrooms. The staff was very accomodating and supplied our every need, including plenty of refills of filtered water for our water... More

We were on a pilgrimage through DR and when we got to Santiago we definitely had to visit Camp David, it has a really stunning view of the city. You actually don't have to stay at the hotel to enjoy a drink in their beautiful restaurant balcony. The food could be better, to my taste it was just above average.... More

The view from the restaurant is amazing, and the portions are very tasty! Order harm ribs. But there's no the same view from the rooms in the hotel, yet it's beautiful there and comfortable. The location is out the town, we got there by rented car, there's signs how to get, it's on the high mountain.

Amazing views of the mountains and the city. Large, modern rooms with balconies/porches. Excellent food and service. Romantic, Quiet and Affordable And a collection of Trujillo's cars. What's not to love? We were so happy that we booked with Camp David to being our stay in the DR. The hotel is located near the beginning of the Santiago-Puerto Plata scenic... More

I often stay at Camp David Ranch when I'm in Santiago. It is located high up in the mountains and takes about 35 minutes from the airport but it's worth it. The view is great, the staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is included but ask to order off the menu. The buffet is lacking. The American breakfast is... More
