Ive stayed at this Hotel twice and each time the hospitality and attention of the staff is impeccable. The pool was very clean, the breakfast was filling. On my next visit to Santiago I will definatly stay at the Gran Almirante.

I stayed on the 5th floor, their executive level with special check in desk. On the 5th floor there are free cocktails and snacks at happy hour, free shoe shines, perhaps some other perks that I didn't figure out. The hotel was a great experience. The room was beautiful. very nice pool. The staff was friendly and concerned with the well-being of their guests. The guest services desk was helpful and the overall experience was good. Hodelpa Gran Almirante is the best hotel in Santiago.

Hodelpa Gran Almirante Hotel & Casino is a very good hotel. It is in a Great commuting / taxi distance from everything that I need to travel to in Santiago, and the Hotel staff is A+ when it comes to treating their customers like family or better. The hotel has very nice, comfortable clean rooms. Great customer service.

The hotel lobby and public areas are beautiful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. The on site restaurant serves good, inexpensive food. I had room service and the food was delivered hot, correctly and quickly. Guest Services were a wonderful help getting my lost suitcase delivered.
