My wife and I spent two weeks in Dominica in Feb, the first at Calibishie Cove. One truly Needs a week just to see all that Calibishie has to offer, beautiful secluded beaches, several beachside restaurants and Poz is within walking distance. We were treated with special attention from the time we stepped out of the airport. Avis, Peaches and... More

We stayed 4 nights at Calibishie Cove 2 weeks ago. We had a wonderful time in the Seaview room. It is a beautiful property and easy to walk down to Hodges Bay beach or through the woods to the next road… where POZ is and hike to Pte. Baptiste beach and red rocks. Calibishie is a friendly sweet little town….... More

This was our first stop on a two week stay in Dominica. We stayed for three nights. The positives - a nice location with stunning views. Hodges Beach just down the cliff is nice. Clean. The negatives: We had the seaview room. The view from the terrace was gorgeous, but you couldn't take in the views from the room. Just... More

One week spent at Calibishe Cove was not enough! Beautiful rooms, immaculate, great food- (thank you Peaches) and Avis, a special thank you for your above board attention, help and what I felt as special treatment. It was like we were visiting an old friend who really cared about our time there, from use of extra cell phone with number... More

We stayed in the sea view room which had a wonderful balcony with lovely sea views. We saw brown pelicans and frigate birds from here. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The location was good and the staff were really helpful in pointing out what we could do locally. We walked into the village and also to the... More

My wife and I stayed in the penthouse suite for three nights and it was worth every penny. We enjoyed the privacy and the 360 degree view of ocean, beach and forest. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck where we could bask in the sun in the afternoon or gaze at the stars nightly. Others have mentioned the lack of... More

Stayed In rainforest suite, February, 2015. The bed had a foam top and very uncomfortable. Ventilation was poor so it was good it was air conditioned. The railing on the porch was too high and blocked the view of the ocean and treasure island unless you sat in the chairs at the table or sat by the open gate to... More

It would be hard to beat this place in terms of location, views and peaceful ambience. The rooms were spacious, lovely and the terrace on the sea view room is huge and well appointed. However we didnt see the manager for the first 3 days and most of the time there were no staff around at all. Geraldine, the hard... More

We chose Calibishie Cove from the raving reviews that we read for our honeymoon trip. Prior to our trip, the owner returned our calls and we had timely responses to our e-mail. When we arrived, there was a gal available to show us our room. The location was amazing, and the accommodation was fabulous. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept... More
