This park is huge and very clean. We have been camping there for past 4 years with family and friends. The best sites are the one close to the beach. Washrooms are very clean and park is safe for children with park rangers driving by often. Make sure to go to the beach in the evening for amazing sunset shots...... More

I just came back from Pinery, it used to be my favorite camp site, affordable and beautiful. Not yet anymore. For one night I paid $56, when in the States you pay only $15 for an amazing place by the ocean. If I compare Pinery with what I had last year it is depressing. I was at 11 o’clock at... More

Its a great package at pinery ...To start with the drive from first checkpoint to your campsite is really nature-istic ... loved it ... They have canoeing , kayaking, peddle etc... for water activity at the ausable channel. The trail besides ausable channel is worthy hiking .. Again the drive to the beach is also very good. Campsites are also... More

The sites were semi-secluded which was nice and although we didn't use all the facilities they did have an on-site restaurant and boat rentals. The beach was not within close proximity to the campsite and with young kids, it's not a close walk. Unfortunately, they have limited parking spots at the beach so either way you have to make a... Park is huge and real experience with nature. Beaches are inside the park and csn spend the whole day. Must have a beach umbrella. camp sites have enough space and easy access to toilet and comfort stations.clean.

We came here for the first time and were impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and ability to chill out whether at the beach or the river. Pitching a tent was easy, the fire pits were easy to get going and people were friendly. From our pitch it was a short walk to the beach and that was fantastic.... More

Okay. One word. AMAZING. This is the best campground in the universe! I have camped there for 11 years. Pitch perfect every time. I'm going to the piney this weekend (Thursday June 12th-Sunday June 15fh). (Tomorrow) Today is Wednsday June 11th. Anyhow, I know it will be amazingly awesome. Since.... the piney is in Lambton Shores, please go check out... More

So much to do here. Biking, hiking, swimming, canoe rental and just plain vegging out. We were here in a tent trailer over Memorial Day weekend. While there were a lot of fellow American's enjoying the park, it wasn't full or loud. Clean bathrooms and clean showers make this a place to visit.

I always grew up thinking the Pinery was a rowdy/ party park. But was glad to find out this wasnt the case (perhaps we went earlier in the season). But it was a great place to spend a family camping trip. Lots of options for beaches, which were fairly decent. The Dunes are a nice spot for a little walk... More

Family fun for generations: we camp, canoe, swim, do park activities, and we enjoy the beauty of the area. we go every summer and will continue to do so. The park is clean. Staff are always helpful. Ask for a radio free zone if you want quiet. Bring your friendly dog along because there is a dog beach. As for... More
