We were working in the area and needed accommodations for two days. The Motor Inn proved to be adequate, with good clean rooms, reliable wi-fi, and friendly service. One of us had room 21, which is a very nice, brand new luxury room with many accessibility features, a king sized bed, a large flat screen TV, and other luxury items.... More

This is an older motel that has been recently renovated. Rooms are extremely clean, but sheets and pillowcases are threadbare and worn out. The motel still uses blankets and bedspreads, rather than the more modern (and more hygienic) duvets. It's quite close to the Trans-Canada highway... perhaps too close. You'll hear the trucks at night, and if some driver uses... More

Stopped at this Motel on my way home. Rooms were very clean. Unfortunately, the bed linen smelled strongly of chlorine (bleach) giving me a headache, causing my skin to itch, and giving me an upset stomach. I was forced to cut my overnight stay short as a result as I have a sensitivity to chlorine. The motel did return 50%... More

This motel is almost on the highway and adjacent to an Ultramar station. The adjoining restaurant is permanently shut down, leaving only a small bar and a pool table. The parking lot is very large and the motel looks better in the daytime. There are very few amenities but the motel is at least clean.

I booked the Motor Inn for a weekend retreat for a group of 20. We booked 10 rooms on the top floor. All rooms had 2 queen beds. These rooms are great, opening out onto a common balcony overlooking the highway (but not so close that the traffic is a problem). Rooms are exceptionally clean, spotless in fact. Beds comfy... I stayed the week of Sept 24-29th and the room was clean with two beds and cable TV. There was unfortunately a second floor above which had very little sound proofing. If you have the option take the first floor with two entrances one to a balcony and the other which is level with the upper driveway. If you have... More

Average hotel rooms. Good location just off the road when driving on the Canada side, nice to have free internet, but I would never recommend the restaurant to anyone. It was fair at best. Should have looked around the area a little harder. Yorks Restaurant nearby in Perth-Andover was a good dinner choice. Expensive dinner but had a lot of... More

Stayed for one night while watching school hockey team play in local tournament. Good quality bedroom - well-maintained and appeared to be newly upgraded. Attractive diningroom - good breakfast and reasonable rate. Motel appeared to be better than it's 2007 Canada Select 2 1/2 star rating. New LCD TV in room. On arrival bedroom had strong caulking smell from newly-installed... More
