I stayed here with my wife during our honeymoon. The Mir Amin is great if you are looking for a historical place to stay with a quiet and natural landscape. Overall, the service was fine. For the price, I did expect the rooms to be in a little bit better condition. Also a kettle would have been nice to boil... More

I stayed one night here on Easter Sunday and yes, this is a charming place with wonderful stunning views and you will want to sit in the terrace looking at the mountains (and the sea, when the weather is clear) forever. The wifi in the room was poor (but who wants wifi with those views). A word of advice, bring... More

Checked in at 3 in the afternoon to our surprise they gave us the best junior suite (Room 101) which has the best view of the mountain & sunset. Restaurant experience 2 years ago wasn't great but this time the food quality was much better. Only problem with the room was the power cut that happened around 11pm- apparently we... More

Traveled out of Beirut to the hotel for lunch. The drive was very nice. The hotel looked spectacular with a tremendous view and beautiful pool. We did not spend the night but had typical Lebanese mezza on the terrace for lunch. The food was excellent and the service was also good. The view of the valley below from the terrace restaurant... In our vacations in Lebanon we stayed in this hotel, which used to be a palace.....and because of the beautiful interior areas you still feel like you are living in other ages!!!The view and the enviroment was astonishing!Tip: Its' a good idea to take your morning coffee while relaxing next to the pool.
