Stayed at the Sea View Guest House for 2 nights, 5 star! FIONA, the owner was wonderful - such a warm welcome, made us feel right at home. We stayed in the cozy annex attached to the main house. Absolute luxury. Beautiful furnishings and she had thought of everything from more than enough fluffy white towels to a hot water... More

Lovely clean bedroom. Bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the Tunnocks tea cakes! Very quiet location but within easy walking distance to restaurants etc. Fiona made us feel very welcome. Beautiful breakfast, all in all would highly recommend Seaview Guest House.

Mallaig is at the northern terminus of the West Highland Railway, one of the world's most picturesque rail trips. We stayed overnight at Fiona King's Seaview Guest House before retracing our journey and returning to Glasgow. The B&B is an easy walk from the train station and a stone's throw from Mallaig's busy, working harbour. Fiona was warm and welcoming,... More

We were greeted warmly by Fiona and provided introductions to the room and amenities. Then, she answered all of our questions as to the best way to spend our time within the limits of what we could do. Fiona is a delight! The room was terrific, one could not ask for more in terms of style or comfort. Fiona's advice... More

This is a really terrific place to stay. A very warm welcome from your hostess, Fiona. Lovely rooms; some with sea / harbour views. Clean and fully functioning shower facilities. Very competitive prices and a super breakfast.

Great value. Friendly welcome. The decor is akin to a boutique hotel: stylish and modern. Spotless. Breakfast of a high standard. I had scrambled egg with local smoked salmon which was very tasty. Views over the harbour. Very reasonable tariff. Highly recommended.

My friend and I got the train from Glasgow to Mallaig, taking in the wonderful views along the way. Our greeting on arrival at the Seaview couldn't have been more welcoming from Fiona. The room we had was tastefully decorated with a 'not-over-the -top' touch of Scotland. There were also modern Scottish touches in the public areas too. Our breakfasts... More

Followed the Harry Potter route to Mallaig on the west highland line and was lucky enough to book into the Seaview Guest House for Bed and Breakfast where my wife and I were royally looked after by Fiona and her helpers. Our room was spotless with every facility to hand including wi-fi tv and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast... More

Seaview Guest House is a very nice B+B with a well-equipped room (although on the small side) and an excellent made-to-order breakfast. Would recommend this B+B for those taking the West Highland Line train from London or Glasgow.

it was a ladt minute booking. The Owners were very friendly and accommodating, but room could have done with some Updating, furniture was mismatched and room felt cold. Breakfast was good. Overall enjoyable stay.
