I had a great time yet again in Mallaig. The hospitality is amazing in this pub/hotel The staff is very polite and very service oriented. The food severed was YUMMMY. The restrooms clean, tidy and well appointed. and i just can't wait to get back up there soon. Thanks Danny & Cameron xx

Stayed here for 4 nights and was only sad that we had to leave. We got to see all the rooms (4) as family were staying also and none of us were disappointed. The hospitality shown by the owners & staff was excellent and the menu offered along with the daily specials was fantastic too. Without rambling on I can't... More

We popped in for a bowl of Cullen Skink, feeling a bit cheeky just ordering a starter. Not a bit of it! We were made to feel very welcome, with just the right amount of warmth and friendliness without being intrusive. And the Cullen was superb, local smoked haddock, rich and fresh. Add the bright and airy decor, and the... More

Just spent three days in a rented chalet at Camusdarach near Mallaig and went here for a meal with two of our grown up boys. I had the seafood chowder. I'm 64 and have never had a better plate of food in a restaurant in all of my life. As a family, we've been going to this area on and... More

We popped in on a rather wet afternoon to escape the rain and found a very warm welcome for both ourselves and our dog - always a reason for gaining brownie points in our opinion. My husband forgot to mention that he is coeliac so when his meal arrived and we were uncertain if he could eat everything, the waitress... More

Had a lovely stay in Room one , very comfortable and with a nice decked area where we had some morning tea. The food in the bar was lovely and the place was very welcoming and the staff very friendly . Would definitely stay again .

Friendly staff - very welcoming. Efficient service and excellent food. A varied menu means that most people will be catered for. Its the staff that make it worthwhile though. Well worth a 20 metre walk up the high street. On colder days the real fire is lit and makes the place nice n cosy. Check it out ! Cant comment... More

Stayed one night before going to Skye. Very helpful landlord and breakfast maker. Menu in restaurant looked good but loud music put us off eating there. Everything upstairs looked new and smart, but we felt £79 for B and B was a little steep.

We had a great stay in room 1 with a decked balcony, pristine room, great service, and a grand Scottish breakfast. Nothing was a problem, every request was met with courtesy and a friendly response. The "steep access" was not a problem even for 60+ like us! Thanks to Helena for her friendly service and chat at breakfast. Well done... More
