The owners could not have been more helpful, even though we arrived VERY late they stayed up to welcome us. Comfy room with a good shower & fine view from the window made this an enjoyable stay. Thanks again for your hospitality.

We arrived at this B&B after an EXTREMELY wet days walking and the owner met us at the door with a big box for all our wet stuff which she kindly dried for us. We had a 3 bedded room with a private bathroom. The room was really big as was the bathroom which had a shower and a bath.... More

Arrived in Inverarnan a wee bit early to check in, waited across the way. Came back and greeted by the landlady. Sent to a nice room with a beautiful view, spacious room and clean. Goodly breakfast provided and enjoyed in nice company. No complaints by anyone so others were enjoying the facility as well. It was quiet compared to the... More

We stayed here for one night while walking the West Highland Way and were greeted with warmth when arriving just before 8 pm. We had the large bedroom at the back with it's own bathroom which was faultless. The room was very quiet and clean and we were glad to be able to eat at the Inn opposite without having... More

Stayed there one night during our west highland way walk. Nice room with all you need as a walker, bed, hot shower and a solid Scottish breakfast. In our room there was even a tub. Drovers Inn is just a cross the street so easy to get an evening meal

Good place to stopover when walking the West Highland Way. Our room was clean and tidy with twin beds and en-suite shower all you need after a tough days hiking. A good variety of cerials etc and a well cooked full Scottish breakfast to set you up for the day. only downside being on the main road can be a... More

We had a lovely one night stay at the Rose Cottage on our West Highland Way trek. The owners were super friendly and chatty and were there if we needed anything. Our room (3) was spotless and comfortable. Great amenities including bathtub and television. Also board games to borrow. Breakfast in the morning was fine and plentiful. Across the road... More

Despite good quality waterproofs and boots we arrived wet through, having walked all day in pouring rain alongside Loch Lomond. Muriel was not phased or bothered and took all our damp clothing through to her side of the house for drying. I understand from people who stayed at the Drovers Inn that evening that the Drovers were not able to... More
