Four of us and our 2 little pooches stayed for the night after traveling to Annan for my Aunts funeral we were made welcome from the time we arrived, The room was warm clean and all we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel food was nice well presented and good value for money. The house keeper was a lovely... More

although small, our room was clean & welcoming. The staff were rushed off their feet with Christmas groups having dinner, but still gave us -& our dog - all the attention we could want. The food was simple, but really tasty. Great salad. Breakfast was also really good. Thanks guys!

Stayed there for one night , hall and stairs not hovered , pictures falling off wall . Hoover left in hall . The room had an old sash window, broken with two inches of dirt .. Don't think bath had been cleaned as the hairs around it weren't mine. Dead flies around bathroom window. Two dead ones on floor. Toothpaste... More

We stayed here for three nights recently while visiting Annan for a family event. Room 23 was adequate. Clean and good bed linen etc but the ensuite was in need of renovation. There was a plentiful supply of hot drinks to make. The hotel is large, rambling and creaky as you would expect from such an old building but the... More

I've stayed in the Queensberry Arms on many an occaision while working in the area. As the title of the review suggests, I can't necessarily pick any fault with the place other than the need for a serious redecoration and deep clean. That said however, it's difficult to see how this could be funded in the market this Hotel is... More

Thank you for your nice comments. However, I see that you stayed almost a year ago now. Since then we have had a £60,000 Biomass Boiler installed and had all of the windows double glazed. And most of our rooms have been refurbished and later this year we will be finishing the rest off. We hope to see you again... More

Stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family. The staff were very nice and friendly. We had a lovely breakfast every day. The whole hotel could do with some updating, a lot of areas are very tired looking but if you can look beyond that, you can have a nice stay here.

Called in at lunchtime whilst passing through Annan. Took advantage of their Two Course Meal at a very reasonable £6.50 a head. Both of us had a starter of soup which was not only delicious but with a fresh crusty bun & butter was quite enough for a lunch. However we had ordered second courses so......letting our belts out we... More
