Rooms are in old coaching inn and bathrooms are dated; bed and bedding were good. Bar and lounge comfortable and friendly. Food was fine and owner was accommodating. A nice place, not a slick place. More

We stopped at this country inn during our recent visit to Scotland. Contrary to the older reviews hear, we found the owner to be cheerful and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the service pleasant and efficient. Definitely a place to return to. More

I stayed here with my partner at the end of December and Hogmany. Having reviewed some of the feedback I can't understand the negative comments in some cases.
