This is a lovely and colourfull guesthouse. The front garden annex garden center already makes you feel happy! You can feel the history in the building and rooms. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good. It was a pitty we could only stay for one night on our trip, next time we will stay a few more... More

With my normal hotel full... I fortunately chanced upon Seed Hill... Given the building is several hundred years old... staying there was an experience...one I really enjoyed... clean, tidy and the breakfast was arguably the best ever and the host, a gentleman... I plan to stay again on my next visit... No... it's not a 'Travel Lodge' and while they... More

Lovely old house, very friendly and relaxing atmosphere, very peaceful and quiet. It is located literally right next to the Waterfalls Trail, and the breakfast is excellent. Thumbs up for the "Lower fat traditional breakfast". Will definitely stay here again one day.

We used this B&B as a base when attempting the Yorkshire Three Peaks, and we found it suited us perfectly. It's in a good location in the middle of Ingleton, close to the Three Peaks trail and to other tourist attractions, in a quaint and comfortable house. We were in the room with 4 beds, it suited us fine with... More

Lovely old house in the middle of the village. Owner was lovely, very attentive and had a plant selling business in is front garden. He has tried to keep the rooms in keeping with the period of the house. Décor was a bit shabby but room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom had no shower which we missed. Breakfast was lovely... Adrian and his daughter are very welcoming, even to preparing breakfast for us for a 5.45am start for our 3 Peak Challenge. Very comfortable bed, slept like a log! He also has a miniature garden centre outside the front of the house, too tempting for words! Highly recommended. If you stay eat at Le Tavernetta, fabulous authentic Italian food, well... More

this B & B is run as a side line for a garden centre or so it would seem, and consequently the front door is left open to ensure potential flower shoppers are not missed. this may be a great plan in the height of summer but on a wet windy weekend in May it makes the build very cold... More

We have stayed at Adrian's B & B several times. Lovely traditional rooms, wonderful warm welcome from Adrian who is lovely and serves the best cooked breakfast in the Dales! This B & B has lots of character and charm, very clean and cosy. Will always stay here when we visit the amazing Yorkshire Dales.

The building is beautiful, with a garden centre on the front, and it is located in a perfect spot in the main road. It is close to all shops and convenient for the waterfall trail. The owner, Adrian, was welcoming and friendly. Our room for 3 people was too small. The double bed was a very comfy king size bed,... More
