Another relaxing & wonderful stay at Seed Hill. Not been back for a while due to family commitments but boy, so good to return ~ 2 nights in a large, comfy bed & then Adrian's breakfasts are hard to beat. Just wonderful ~ just perfect ~ thank you Adrian.

We stayed at Seed Hill for a night in July 2015. Would throughly recommend staying there. Owner was very friendly, room was comfortable and very clean and the breakfast set us up for the whole day. Ingle ton is a lovely village with lots of walking and other outdoor activities.

Nice room facing the front overlooking a small garden centre owned by the B&B. Room was smallish, but nice with contents, bedding etc. very clean. Staff very friendly & helpful. Good breakfast. Overall good for a short stay. Nice village for a wander in the evening with a good pub serving excellent food. On site carpark at rear of B&B.

Very good updated 16th Century Guest House, rooms are spacious and clean with ensuites. Mine Host Adrian welcomes guest and in a rare happenstance found these days offers to help with luggage. Adrian is a wealth of knowledge and provides what can only be described as an excellent (not for the faint hearted) traditional breakfast. Definite recommendation.

We stayed here when we completed the Yorkshire three peaks, it was excellent. Lovely hosts who were so accommodating it was a joy to stay there. Great location too, everything you could need on your doorstep including an Indian next door

What a lovely little country guest house. A beautiful garden welcomes you to a fantastic old english house. Huge thick stone walls and quaint old rooms and features. The owner was so welcoming and kind. The sort of fellow that would bend over backwards to accommodate you. We were fed a kings feast each day, and were offered every comfort... More

Staff were totally accommodating, couldn't do enough for us! Breakfast was great and the rooms had everything you could need. Couldn't ask for more and reasonably priced! Ample parking round the back with a shop across the road and plenty of restaurants and pubs on the doorstep!

Arrived last month for a stay at seed hill, only to be told there was no room for us (4 people) despite us having confirmation of booking 3 months ago. It looked rather quaint from the outside, shame about organisation

To any future guests, a booking was made using a third party booking system over the internet which, through no fault of our own, booked 4 extra residents into our accommodation. This booking agent was contacted by us and after admitting their fault reimbursed the guests. Every effort was made to ensure that the guests were found a lovely place... More

I was a bit worried when I saw a garden centre but it is a guest house albeit an old and rather worn one however the beds were very comfortable and the hot bath was much appreciated. I left something behind and the owner was very helpful and accommodating in sending it on

We both really enjoyed our stay at Seed Hill, as part of a short break to the Yorkshire Dales. The room we had was both spacious and traditional, and the house itself is beautiful (Grade 2* listed I believe). The host made us both feel extremely welcome, and give us great insight into local sights and places to eat for... More
