Friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean and comfortable. Starting the day with a home cooked breakfast or cereal was lovely.A 2 minute walk from the wonderful Ingleton waterfall walk, which I would highly recommend seeing. Local towns and villages are well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend staying here and we are looking forward to future visits.

A very traditional guest house in the centre of Ingleton. Only a few minutes walk to the Ingleton Falls Walk and many many other walks. Small convenience shop over the road or a CO-OP within 2 minutes walk, along with some small independent shops including gift shops. The breakfasts are fantastic and ideal for a day out and about. This is a really good B&B - the staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was top notch. Its a characterful property that is well furnished and maintained and in a perfect location. The value for money was excellent too - no hesitation in recommending! Travel tip - local restaurants and gastro pubs seem to be very booking... More

A lovely, quirky, traditional guesthouse, in perfect location for our 1st stay in Yorkshire, unfortunately we didn't stay long enough to do all the things we wanted, on the good side, we know where to stay next time. Our room was cosy, clean and comfortable, it was small, but that was a bonus because after hard days hiking didn't want... More

Stayed over the weekend for one night as easy access to the area. Adrian is a great bloke, really knowledgeable about all local things to do/see and can't do enough to help. Full breakfast in the morning is very good and you won't need to eat again for the rest of the day! Rooms are very good and spacious, king... More

We stayed here for 3 nights over the bank holiday weekend and had a lovely time. Staff were so friendly and helpful giving advice on the local restaurants etc. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the service was excellent and really slick. Room was a nice size with a comfortable bed. We did have the boiler in our room, we... More

We enjoyed our stay at Seed Hill. The family room we booked is very small but more than met our needs. There was a little alcove with a bunk bed for the children, Comfortable beds and very clean, neat little room. The breakfast was delicious and had a cooked vegi option (always a bonus). Just a warning about the car... More

Another relaxing & wonderful stay at Seed Hill. Not been back for a while due to family commitments but boy, so good to return ~ 2 nights in a large, comfy bed & then Adrian's breakfasts are hard to beat. Just wonderful ~ just perfect ~ thank you Adrian.

We stayed at Seed Hill for a night in July 2015. Would throughly recommend staying there. Owner was very friendly, room was comfortable and very clean and the breakfast set us up for the whole day. Ingle ton is a lovely village with lots of walking and other outdoor activities.

Nice room facing the front overlooking a small garden centre owned by the B&B. Room was smallish, but nice with contents, bedding etc. very clean. Staff very friendly & helpful. Good breakfast. Overall good for a short stay. Nice village for a wander in the evening with a good pub serving excellent food. On site carpark at rear of B&B.
