Our room was very comfortable, brightly decorated, nicely furnished and had a four poster bed. The en-suite bathroom was lovely and light, with new bathroom fittings. In the morning we had the vegetarian breakfast which was very good and plentiful. Would certainly stay again.

You get what you pay for really. Room was fair, food fair, price fair. The three things that bothered me we're 1 - no cold water from bathroom tap. 2 - hot tap was like a industrial boiling water jet washer. 3 - Asked for a night cap to take to our room at 11:05 after getting back from the... After walking the waterfalls trail we wanted a quick lunch and this pub provided us with our best lunch of the week. Burgers, chips and a great side salad. Friendly staff (James) and dogs made welcome. Great place.

Myself and 3 colleagues stayed for 2 nights. We were in Yorkshire to take part in the 3 peaks challenge. Staff were really warm and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Rooms were great with comfy beds and en-suite bathrooms making them excellent value for money. (Breakfast was also included with staff happy to provide a takeaway breakfast as we... More

Stayed here for 2 nights with a friend when taking part in the 3 Peaks challenge. Great B&B with friendly staff and great atmosphere. Ate here both nights and would recommend the Pork special which was just what the doctor ordered as my post challenge meal. Reasonably priced and a great service all round. Staff accommodated an early breakfast for... More

An excellent place all round. Accommodation was great with comfy beds. The food was excellent value for money and very very tasty, especially the burgers. The staff really helpful and knowledgeable about local area and attractions.

Stayed for 2 nights, and had a great time. Staff could not do enough to make us all feel welcome. Early set off not a problem, a packed breakfast ready at the bedroom door, including willow water. Full breakfast the next morning was good quality too. Rooms clean and good quality shower products. My friends stayed in the 4 poster room,... More

Was pre warned this place is nothing special...but you at least expect a comfortable bed. The bed was full of springs and uncomfortable. The bathroom is poor and in need of modernising. My boyfriend asked for an early breakfast as he was doing the fells man race. The breakfast only just appeared on time. Would have been better if it... More

After having a lovely but tiring walk around Ingleton Waterfalls me and my boyfriend were ready for a well earned drink and after hearing "Good" reviews about the Wheatsheaf we headed here!! Disappointed sprung to mind with a very un-welcoming moody member of bar staff, she certainly let the place down and in turn discouraged us from staying to eat!!... More
