Wonderful host, well appointed rooms, nice little touches and delicious breakfast. Only gripe was twin beds pushed together as a double - a personal annoyance. Overall a really nice B&B and indeed recommended, but in my humble opinion, overpriced.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay in this lovely guest house.Lizzie is a wonderful host who makes you feel very welcome.The rooms are set in a courtyard and are tastefully decorated with all the extra special touches and are spotlessly clean.Super breakfasts will a good selection.I am looking forward to returning to Helmsley for another stay.
