A friendly welcome in a beautiful home. A very comfy bed, some home made treats,a mini fridge with drinks & PROPER milk, (what a wonderful difference it makes to your morning brew)!, supersoft towels, plenty of freebie bathroom essentials,(including toothbrushes)...yeah I know... Oh, & free WiFi. Breakfast is varied for all tastes & is very yummy. Enough said. This place... More

We stayed for two nights over the Easter break. Anne welcomed us with a cream tea on arrival which was lovely. Both Andy & Anne made our stay a memorable one with great food & outstanding service. Such a great place to stay & what a lovely cottage. Couldn't have asked for more. Will be recommending to all our friends... More

Made to feel very welcome on arrival by Anne and enjoyed the homemade cream tea. Very attractive room with lots of really nice little touches. I particularly liked having the small fridge - much better than having those little milk containers - and the fact that there's loads of storage space. Bathroom very well stocked. Breakfast lovely with lots of... More

My sister and I stayed last weekend whilst visiting our parents who live in Dawlish. Everything about this place is wonderful. The hosts Anne and Andy are very friendly and Andy has a wicked sense of humour! The place is spotlessly clean, the homemade biscuits in our room are always a treat. We appreciate having a fridge to store our... More

Stayed here for Valentines, a wonderful property with even better hosts. Would happily come back again to sample the 'home-made' delights! Every need tended to in a wonderfully friendly atmosphere. The rooms have lots of thoughtful touches to make your stay a pleasure.

Everything was great for our two day stay. Andy offered us a cream tea when we arrived and we were shown around our room (Ajax). The room itself was large enough to relax in and came with loads of little extras, which included homemade cookies, tea, coffee, soft drinks and fresh milk. The bathroom had a new shower and again...
