My elderly friend and I recently stayed at this b & b having a double room each. Neither of us had been to Teignmouth previously so took pot luck in finding somewhere to stay and as all the reviews were good for Seaways that was our choice. I would certainly return to Seaways as it was warm, comfortable, friendly, spotlessly... More

We have visited twice and it is a super place to stay. Very clean, excellent breakfast and excellent hosts. Go above and beyond (including posting back my 19 year olds washbag she had left behind!) , great location and just a really good place to have a relaxing break.

Stayed in family room which was great - 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 year old loved having her own bathroom! Michelle hospitality was top class. Breakfast was good. Other family members had other rooms and all were really happy.

Thank you very much for your kind review. We are glad you and the rest of your family enjoyed you stay with us in Teignmouth. Our little family suite is pretty popular - children like having their own room, but the parents are happy that both rooms are enclosed and away from the rest of the b&b. Hope you and... More

We stayed 3 nights as part of a family break and to see friends. An ideal location for the beach, local amenities. Michelle and Paul were fantastic hosts, very welcoming, the facilities were very impressive and a hearty breakfast with a wide choice including fresh fruit and scotch pancakes. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again,

An ideal location for a two-night stay on our traditional Easter dive trip. Paul & Michelle were very accommodating, all the way from booking to checking out. Our twin room was clean & comfortable, a hearty breakfast set us up for the day and they were even kind enough to store our 'shopping' in their fridge overnight! Wouldn't hesitate to... More

Located close to the river beach and a 2 minute walk from the main beach. Owners (Paul & Michelle) are really friendly and do a great breakfast (fresh fruit salad was an unexpected bonus). Room was fresh and clean, with a lovely, modern ensuite. On our last day, we decided not to leave Teignmouth until the afternoon. Owners kindly stored... More

Thank you for such a kind review and for staying with us. We get quite a few guests who are walking the coast path - Teignmouth is a good place to stop between Torquay and Exmouth. We stayed for 1 night and found it perfect. The location is excellent. Extremely friendly couple. The cooked breakfast was amazing, on top of that a choice of cereals, fresh fruit and juices. Most importantly it was exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.
