Located close to the river beach and a 2 minute walk from the main beach. Owners (Paul & Michelle) are really friendly and do a great breakfast (fresh fruit salad was an unexpected bonus). Room was fresh and clean, with a lovely, modern ensuite. On our last day, we decided not to leave Teignmouth until the afternoon. Owners kindly stored... More

Thank you for such a kind review and for staying with us. We get quite a few guests who are walking the coast path - Teignmouth is a good place to stop between Torquay and Exmouth. Glad you were happy with the room and enjoyed the pancakes and hope to see you again if you travel this way in the... More

We stayed for 1 night and found it perfect. The location is excellent. Extremely friendly couple. The cooked breakfast was amazing, on top of that a choice of cereals, fresh fruit and juices. Most importantly it was exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

This is great little place to stay with lovely hosts and good home cooked food. The owners take great care to make sure the guest house is very clean and presentable too. The room/bed was not the biggest, but I have stayed in smaller "Single" rooms for slightly more money elsewhere. There is enough room to make it not feel... More

The owners provided a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere, lovely cosy and comfortable room, and great breakfasts! we really couldn't have asked for a better stay. The location is perfect as it's literally 5 minutes walk in either direction from all the great spots in town. Will definitely be staying here again!

Thank you very much for such a good review and I am really glad that you enjoyed your time with us in Teignmouth. One of the main reasons we bought the guest house was because of its location - we are just a couple of minutes walk to the main beach, which gets the sun during the day and even... More

My son stayed at Seaway while on a sailing course and I joined him at the weekend. Paul & Michelle were really welcoming and helpful. Their breakfast was a great start to the day, and our rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Thank you very much for staying with us and for such a nice review. Good to know the sailing course went well - it was a happy coincidence that there were other guests staying for some of your son's stay who were taking part in a sailing competition, so there was plenty of conversation about boats at breakfast. Thanks again...... More
