Have been here many times over the years as a family and as a couple to dine only. The menu is simple but the food is always very nice and it is always hot. Good value and a full stomach. The only two things which could be improved is it is a little dated and the desserts are disappointing.

No longer a hotel but very good restaurant serving good old fashioned wholesome food from roasts to curry and some fantastic desserts eg sticky toffee pudding and spotted dick. Been going here since finding it in the summer. The food is well presented and good sized portions. I don't think that I Will ever tire of this place.

We have eaten loads of times here on our visits to Teignmouth the food is a reasonable price and yesterdays Sunday Lunch at £5.65 each was outstanding beautiful fresh meat (beef and lamb) that melted in you mouth and fresh vegetables cooked to perfection (this coming from a fellow chef). We stayed here so we could see in the New Year with family. First impressions were that we were not getting anything special for our £44 per night.
