Spent this worse hotel for 6 days.all the times were youth from football clubs in Europe, making lot of noise and mass.nobody stoped them.groups changed but the same with others.if you want to sleep before 2am(!!!),forgrt it!!!. Not your alarm will wake you up...but the doors cloosing sounds.also,a thin walled will not prevent your ears from hearing sounds. Also,no electric plugs... More

Booked this holiday as a cheap all inclusive short break. Looked and read lots of reviews for lots of hotels all over Europe. This hotel had the usual some bad some good reviews. Food was great, drink was great, rooms were clean. Most peoples problem was too many Poles,Russians and Germans. Get a grip, they are allowed a holiday as... More

Not a bad hotel overall,we had a great room with a double bed and double balcony.Other rooms appear quite small.Alot of Russians and Eastern Europeans, the hotel has approx 500 rooms and a dinning room for approx 150 people, that's not an issue as the food is poor and not worth rushing down for, chips with every meal, over cooked vegetables and cold hot... There were lots of aspects of this hotel and place that were great - me and my friend travelled and had a lovely 5 days. We were greeted by a rude receptionist who seems to not understand customer service - she wouldnt say hello, similar to a previous review she just said passports, this is your room, get your passports... Booking in Quick and efficient Room A shock at first as we were expecting a 4-star hotel, but this is definitely a 3-star. Our double room was still two single beds, but kept very clean, serviced daily, towels changed daily if you wish, bedding made & changed daily. Room was spacious and shower great. We were not happy with the... More

On arrival we was greeted by a miserable pair on reception! No hello or anything. There is 3 lifts but only 2 worked which where small and always overcrowded, having to wait over 5 minutes each time to go up 5 floors. Many people to lazy to walk 1-2 flights of stairs. The room was a family room which was... More
