Hi this hotel Is very DISCUSTING cleaners rob,food is awful,music is on till about 1in the morning,children have been raped in this hotel,dirty little skanky receptionist are flipping useless cleaners don't even clean the room proper they've left all bleach all over the bathroom and I have a child, never stopping. Just returned from this hotel and am exhausted! The hotel is clean but didn't take a hair dryer only to find there wasn't one in the room. Beds were made every day and clean towels . Food was average and although you have to queue to be seated which some people didn't like it worked well. Pool area very disappointing... More

Just arrived home from an excellent weeks holiday at the Alhambra Hotel . Booked online and wasn't sure what to expect but we were very pleasantly surprised. Pros: 1. Location - close to beach,train station, Barcelona. 2. Exceptionally clean. Cons: 1.We had to pay for everything - inernet (which is ok),fridge!!,iron and even hairdryer!! 2. There was a lot of food for dinner but it all tasted the same. 3. Loud music from several locations makes it impossible to relax till midnight.

The only trouble - extremely loud evening concerts. Daily evening musicians - of very different level! The only level each and every musician succeed to keep was sound loudness! Hotel is in a very good position just over the road from the beach. Staff extremely friendly and approachable. Hotel good value for money. Food basic but with a choice you will always find something to eat. No hairdryer or fridge in room but can be hired. Would definately use hotel again. No complaints. Had no trouble with the noise...
