Just returned from the Riviera, We found the room small and the bathroom door was damaged. Their wasnt a fridge, and the walls were wafer thin. The Shower was good, and rooms cleaned everyday. We had the sixth floor which looked straight onto the hotel opposite. We had rain for two days, and had no roof on our balcony so... More

This hotel is basically a good place to stay. However, know that there are renovated rooms and non-renovated rooms. The difference between these is big as the older rooms are just basic 3-star hotel rooms but the renovated rooms are closer to a 4-star hotel room. Maybe my opinion is lower than it should be because I first stayed in... More

We stayed for a week in September and found the hotel offered good value. Check in took only 2 minutes. The rooms are basic but very clean ( no refrigerator). The cleanliness of the hotel was faultless. I have no complaints regarding the food and found their was enough choice. I would recommend eating at the later sittings because it... More

I stay at this hotel for a week and found it fantastic. The room was brand new with 2 very nice beds, 32 inch flat screen TV and a very very good shower. The pool was nice and we could always get a sun lounger even at mid day. The food is great, it seems to be the same every... More

After reading some very negative reviews I was very worried at what to find, however after 24 hours of being their I decided that the negativity in others reviews were not justified and gives a very dim view of the hotel. My wife and I arrived after midnight and the area was still alive, we were greeted by the night... More

Just returned from a week stay at the Riviera, really clean hotel nice room, wasn't great view overlooking another hotel an the glass panelling on the balcony wasn't as safe as it could be. Food was adequate myself an my boyfriend always found something that we could eat however it does get a bit repetitive so we did choose to... More

Firstly we arrived a group of 15, 9 adults 6 children, at 10am to be told the rooms won't be ready until 1pm! Finally in the rooms, mine and my partner and kids room was just about the right size however the other rooms of the group were smaller but no one sits in a hotel room all day! However... More

This hotel is for people who like being active and enjoying life, not for a peaceful get away, we arrived at 11.30pm and the resort and hotel were really lively even at this time, people everywhere and a band playing next door. We had a room overlooking the pool, which overlooks the entertainment area for Riviera and the Alhambra next... More
