I have stayed in many holiday hotels over the years and have found this one of the best. I do not look for luxury, just a good hotel at a good price. We found the staff welcoming, the hotel beautifully clean, and the rooms more than adequate. There was a great choice of good quality food, with plenty of fresh... More

The rooms are quite small. No WiFi coverage in the rooms. I recommend to go to Carrefour shoppingcentre and buy a local SIM card (bring your passport), you get 2GB of 3G,H+ data for 20€. The food is OK but no vater included in price, we were stopped when bringing water with us to the dinner/lunch. You have to buy... More

Reading some of the previous reviews left me expecting not very much at all from the Riviera and after now having experienced it myself, I would say that they are mostly a fair representation. If you are expecting swish, luxury accommodation in an authentic typically Spanish resort you will be disappointed as the phrase "you get what you pay for"... More

Just returned from a week in Santa Susanna having stayed at the Riviera Hotel. The hotel was booked before I looked at the reviews on here. I must say some of those reviews left us wondering what to expect. I must say we were pleasently surprised on arrival. Check in was quick and efficient the room was adequate and spotlessly... More

Booked this hotel last minute for myself and my boyfriend for one night solely due to the cheap price. Because of the price (and certain reviews) we didn't expect much at all, however we were very pleasantly surprised. Our immediate reaction was that the rooms have very recently been renovated because ours was lovely. We went half board for the... More

When we arrived at the hotel we thought it looked great, the problem is that the further you get into the hotel the more dated it looks. I'm not saying the hotel was dirty or anything like that it's just that it just needs a bit of a makeover. Having said that we did enjoy the hotel and resort and... More

IT IS WHAT YOU MAKE OF IT. After arriving early hours of the morning we thought we had arrived at the hotel off the inbetweeners movie. After spending all night awake, staring at the fly on the wall (sorry, I mean tele) laughing at what a disaster we thought it was, we couldn't be more wrong. Hotel Rivera was lively... More

I went to this Hotel in August and I can tell you, never again! We arrived in the early hours and was greeted by a grumpy older woman who didn't really understand what I was trying to say . There was a issue with checking in - they only seemed to have a booking for myself , my older son... More

On arrival from 26th September to 2nd Octonber, we had to pay a tourist tax, 1,40 euros for 2 people, I was not happy about this, as we should have been informed by Travelrepublic about this, We had a good holiday, the room was good, over looking the pool, food good, could not fault 95% of this hotel, staff friendly....
