This hotel is awful. Few of the advertised facilities were actually operational (ie the spas, pool bar). We had booked a junior suite and as they had overbooked, gave us a "majestic" suite. The hotel staff were rude, indifferent and unhelpful. Very few of the advertised facilities were actually operational (ie the spas, pool bar). The reception area was dirty and poorly maintained and the food/drinks service in the dining room abysmal.

We checked in at 1pm and by 3 pm we had checked out and booked into the excllent playballena hotel 200 yards down the road. Eight friends spent 5 nights at the hotel over the Xmas period. The food was excellent and the facilities were second to none.
